Yahoo league waiver question (1 Viewer)

We have run our league on the free version of Yahoo for several years. This year, as commissioner, I wanted to let the web site handle the waiver wire instead of me doing it via email every week. On the ESPN site, once the games start on Sunday all free agents go on waivers for 2 or 3 days. I don't see this option on Yahoo but another thread mentioned that this feature is available with the Yahoo Plus package (for $125).

We need this feature to make things fair. When a starting RB goes down and his backup suddenly becomes very valuable, we can't have sharks like myself picking him up at 1:45 pm while the other guys in the league live their real lives in ignorance.

Any info about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Click "Commissioner tools" and "edit league settings". 'Time players are on waivers' is one of the settings.

Yeah - I know about that setting. But that only applies to players who were cut. I am talking about the feature that puts all free agents on waivers after the games start on Sunday. This prevents "sharks" from sitting on their computers during the games and grabbing any backups that become starters due to injuries. Normally, I would be one of those "sharks" but I got season tickets to the Eagles this year so I won't be home on half the Sundays.I hate the idea of paying Yahoo $125.

Can you just make a rule that no waivers are allowed during that period with the understanding you'll manually reverse any pick ups made during tghat time? Will Yahoo allow you to make those changes?
