YouTube Quotes (1 Viewer)

Lately anytime somebody pastes a Youtube quote in the forums, the description in the grey box is in french. It happens on both my Samsung Chromebook and Samsung phone. Chrome browser, Brave or DuckDuckGo.
Does anybody have any insight?
