I'm an A's fan. You know those times when a guy you've followed for years hits free agency, and you know it's coming a couple years out but you hold out hope that he'll resign with the home team out of the goodness of his heart, and when he doesn't and goes for the big paycheck, it feels like your heart's been ripped out of your chest?Zito signing with the Giants was not one of those times.
