See the missles on that waitress at Vince's party 4 minutes into the episode? :lmao: :lmao: Perfection.

And I still don't understand why they cast Sasha Grey. She's not even great looking by porn star standards.

And she is the least interesting, despite the hype of her "Alternachick" status. Soderbergh miscast her as well. If E wants to straighten Vince out, call Vince's Mom. She would kick his new found h00r all over the place.

I think that is the interesting angle of all this...I don't think E (or Drama or Turtle) can yet see what type of destructive influence she is. E is not there enough, and Drama & Turtle are a bit wowed by her porn star status. It will be interesting to see how it comes to light...or if it will.

I agree that after a slow start this season, this series has become very interesting again.

Grey has been the least h00rish out of all the chicks Vince and the rest has been with. Outside of two of E's girlfriends.

Well if you want Hollywood Reality, where the hell is the coke? They feature pot a lot and had the boomer episode, but the reality is that if those guys are into those two drugs in LA and have start money and connections there's tons of the yayo floating around as well.
well, there we have it.

Totally setting up for the season ending "Vince goes to rehab" cliffhanger.

Followed up by the 6 episode series finale arc next summer "Vince goes back to his roots in NY and leaves Hollywood"

Somebody help a dumb old man out....

What does Eric do for Vince vs what Ari does for Vince? Find him roles and then have Ari negotiate the deals? And why do they have to run everything through Dana Gordon? What's her role?

And why wouldn't the old Mexican dude send Turtle the cases? I don't get it.

Eric is Vince's manager, Ari is his agentBroadly speaking, an agent actually sets up the auditions and makes deals, while the manager coordinates the other aspects of the actor's life; networking, establishing relationships, setting up press, and generally guiding their life/careerThey don't have to run everything through Dana Gordon, but she is now a studio head, and the Airwalker movie is being made by her studio, so she has the power to pull the plug on the film, kick Vince off of it, etcMexican dude seems to think Turtle is overstepping his boundaries, as he is not supposed to be selling the tequila. This storyline is brutal though, so WTF knows

Eric is Vince's manager so he really is there to manage what roles he does, appearences, etc.Ari is the Hollywood guy who gets the scripts has all the connections with studios etc etc.Technically Eric is more of a hybrid now, probably along with Ari but you could probably eliminate one and still do the job but with the agent they have more insider representation , an agent who deals with studios daily, etc etc. They need to check with Dana for this specific role because it's her studio that is producing the movie. No idea why the Mexican dude is upset...

I caught an episode of this show here and there over the years but I've caught I think every show this season. So, I'm not that invested in the characters.

Vince is a decent character but the wholedepression spiral he is in because of almost dying on a stunt is rather boring. If I wanted another dark or depressing drama I'd watch something else. This, to me, is supposed to be fun and not take itself that seriously.

Ari - case in point.

The rest of the characters I can do without. Drama is ok in short scenes and Bob Sagat is funny. The rest are meh. I just don't care about any of them that much. I wonder if I would prefer this better if it was Seinfeld like and there was really no underlying story for the most part. That might work better for me. :tfp:

I think Drama is the best part of the show, with Ari a close second.

You can see this one coming a mile away. Mark Cuban lends Turtle $5 million.... Alex and Carlos disappear forever.

This was a grift from the beginning. The luxurious house where they hosted the tequila party was surely rented.

Yep. It goes back and forth for me, depending on the episode, but Drama has always been my favorite. He's hilarious. My favorite Drama moment was when he went ballistic on that guy's car with a golf club, closely followed by the time they went to The Valley and he almost had a heatstroke. :lmao:eta: almost forgot the calf implants and gay masseuse episodes.

Cuban would never agree to that storyline.

Not enough Drama in that episode. But the quotes of Arie being outloud were hilarious. I'd put them on here but I'd just get another year off for the name too

"You suggested to her to have her #### removed so as to decrease her ####iness"

:lmao:
Barb(before quote): Name doesn't sound familiar. Barb(after quote): That sounds familiar. And after Ari's conversation with Dana, he looks up and the whole staff is staring at him. :lmao:

With Vince losing the director for his new movie, any chance Billy Walsh gets the job, or am I making too big of a reach?

It would be up to the studio. No Vince... no Billy.EDIT for clarification: If the director gives a "he goes or I go" ultimatum and the studio chooses Vince, I guess Billy is in the running.

Anybody else love that little dress Alex was wearing in the very beginning? The one up to her waist...

A.J. Soprano should have held onto her.

And while I'm on a roll, can we get "season 1 Vince" back? The Vince who banged every hot nubile that moved.

I'm not feelin' the insecure, #####-whipped Vince who is willing to pay a porn slut $200,000 to not be a porn slut.

Yeah. Completely ruined Vince's character. The whole point was that Vince was a famous, young movie star who was living the life, pulling a ton of poon and having fun with his childhood buddies that he brought with him. Just enjoying be a young celebrity in Hollywood. Now, he's dating a porn star and wants to have a long term relationship with her? wtf! Kick her to the curb and get back to enjoying things the way you did at the beginning. Breaking up the crew was the beginning of the end, unfortunately. They're all pretty much doing their own thing now, which is the opposite of why the show was created. Not sure where they can go from here. Gonna be hard to bring them all back together like it was :(

I liks Sasha..Shes got a very hot quality to her.

No one can hold a candle to Sloan. She is just hot hot hot.

If anyone has links of her naked(doubtful) or in her underwear...feel freee to share!!!

It's an evolution. It wasn't that long ago in the show he was banging everything. It's nice to have some consistency that does it like a pron star. It's nice to see how you can spiral downward by your own doing. He has a god complex right now and feels indestructible. This show always works out.

I'm sure there will be one thing that will bring all of these guys back together again. This is the first real time where everyone has a lot of serious conflict going on.

Remember people, this is Entourage, not LOST....just enjoy the show without over analyzing it

Are you new to this show? This is what happens every other season. It's kind of getting redundant if you ask me. "Oh no Vince is doomed... What do you know he's back on top..."
