About 20 of us are going to Vegas on Tuesday. Call my cousin that is going with us about something today and he's at the casino.  Then call another GB that is also going and he was with my cousin. Apparently 4 straight days of gambling just isn't enough.

My mom lives in southern Minnesota and has a friend named Betty who has a goat farm. Betty is in her late 60's and just married for the first time to a guy who is like 42. It's his first marriage too (but he has a 19 year old daughter from an ex-girlfriend I think). They are a bit of an odd couple. 

Anyway her last name was Butters. Betty Butters. And my mom has like 4 friends that she ever talks about to me. Lynn, Carol from Work, Monica (who owns the consignment shop my mom work at) and Betty Butters. 

Every time my mom bring up Betty it's 'Betty was telling me - oh you know, Betty Butters, the goat lady...'. So I finally said 'Mom yeah I know which Betty Butters you're referring to.' Well apparently it really pissed her off cause my brother texted me saying 'Moms pissed cause you got snarky with her.'

Anyway, I think Betty Butters the Goat Lady is a fantastic ####### handle.

Also apparently they are making a lot of money milking goats. Seems the goat cheese craze has outpaced the producers of goats milk. Creameries (is that what they are called?  Cheeseries?) in Wisconsin can't get enough goat milk supply so there you go. If you're willing to learn some animal husbandry and get enough land for a couple hundred goats well you might just be able to make some money. 

Also the boy goats aren't very useful for milking :-)unsure:) so they get sold to farmers and property owners who use goats to clear weeds and keep long grasses managed. They just let 'em loose out in the pasture or whatever and those ####ers clear cut all the scrub.

Yea...let's take this PMs on TinyBoard.  This will be the biggest day/night of the year for my lady so she wants absolutely no distractions or interactions with any other human beings that night.  lol  She loves them like nothing else.  

But I'm down for meeting for an edible or a smokey joe before or during the concert.

My car was hit last night and they didn't leave a note. This happened in the parking lot at my condo. The damage isn't terrible and it's an old beater car but still sucks. Is there anything I can do to recoup the repair costs? It sounds like my insurance probably won't do much if I can't identify the other vehicle (which I can't).

Not sure what state you are in, but in Oregon we have Uninsured Motorist protection, and all my clients get Uninsured Motorist Property Damage coverage which includes hit and runs. You might ask your agent/company if you have any coverage that is similar.
