Same rules and format as WSL EXCEPT

We'll add one flex at RB/WR/D/K.  Note - Not TE.  While TE will remain 2 ppr, the positional value will be reduced by not allow any team to start two.  

Draft will start about April 1.

Draft will be 3rd round reversal format and go 21 rounds.
