Without checking up-to-date news on these guys, my immediate reaction is in favor of Sutton.

Do you want safe (DJ) or upside (Sutton).  I would go with Sutton.

I’ll go the other way and say DJ. I like his QB situation better. When DJ is healthy (and that’s not a guarantee) Big Ben peppers him with targets. 
 

And, Sutton is coming off an injury and will surely need time to acclimate. Give me DJ.

I would also go DJ, by a fair bit. ADP also has them almost 2 rounds apart.
