So my daughters school is requiring a drs note for her to return to school. 
while I understand their need for one, it pisses me off that I have to now go back to the dr. and then the dr asks if she has seen the ortho specialist yet.(I may not take her because my daughters not in any pain). I think I know my kid and it pisses me off having people tell me what to do with her.

So - yesterday my wife left the side gate to our yard open. THis morning the dog discovered this. When I looked out the window this morning and saw the dog on the other side of the busy street we live on, I ran out in my socks to escort her back into the house. After I ran outside, my wife decided to close AND LOCK the front door (not as a joke). She then proceeded to disappear deep into the house. After a couple minutes of standing outside in the pre-dawn chill, in my socks, pounding on the door, she finally decided to come see what all the noise was about and let me in.
Now, supposedly I'm not supposed to be angry about this whole sequence of events and she's upset with me that I got angry. This is the same person who was upset with me yesterday because she had a DREAM where I cheated on her.
Women are ####### nuts.

Yeah we stored our dog food in a cabinet outside on the patio. I found about 1.5 cups of dry dog food in the air box last year.

At least twice a day my wife will ask me if her hair/clothes/shoes look OK. If we are going out somewhere this increases 10-fold. The other night we were going to this business mixer thing. Yes, your hair looks good. Yes, the back of your hair looks good. Yes, that top looks nice. No, it isn't too dressy. Yes, the shoes with the straps look better than the other ones. No, really they do. Yes, the hoop earrings go with the top. Actually the third pair of earrings you put on look good too. Yes, I vote for necklace #4. Yes, your hair still looks good.No, I don't think that is too much lip gloss.Then I asked her which of two ties looked better with the shirt I was wearing. She told me not to be so metro.

Guy in our fraternity house found a half-alive mouse in a glue trap. he decided that it would be "cool" to microwave the mouse while still alive (and still attached to the glue trap).The smell was horrendous between the roasted mouse and heated glue.
Yuck.
Good news is that guy was not pre-med.

When I was a kid it seemed like every kid at my school saw that "Coach of the Year" TV movie. They must have repeated that "Ooo, ahh St. Charles" song 15 times. It was always stuck in my head. Any time I played Monopoly after that I would have to sing "Ooo, ahh St. Charles" whenever that property was mentioned. Drove my wife crazy (actually she started doing it too). About 5 years ago I see "Coach of the Year" on DVD at the $1 store and had to buy it just to show my wife where it came from.
