does anyone know why MFL dropped us to 7 players? Presume it's dropping our lowest flex - for example, Nicks no longer is counting for me.

Think we had this same issue last year. Don't recall how we fixed it.

The scores I posted earlier were from Sunday night, with all 8.

I think one way we fixed it was calculating manually... so going with the posted scores definitely accomplishes that!

Excellent.

I'll reset the rosters later tonight unless someone beats me to it.

We can start now, just don't use MFL until we get things set there.

Gronk really? Over Haushaka?

Well those first picks made it easy. Big drop off after Lacy.

Really like this draft slot, should get the last of a tier on the way back.

Our tiers are slightly different, but I should have taken pick 5. Expected Lacy to go #3 and I didn't like the drop off the 3rd pick would get on the way back.

still, I like Nelson a lot this week and the pack to win (which was the tie breaker between him and another).

Was hoping DeMaryius and either Jordy of Cobb.

Happy with Cobb and Julius.
As you should be. Nice combo of players on favored teams.

I debated internally for a while between Demaryius and Nelson. figured Sanders was more likely to fall back to me than Cobb and I think GB has a slightly better chance to win than Denver, plus I think GB relies more on its receivers than Denver does this week. Also needed the safer points I think Nelson provides. Obviously I was wrong about Sanders falling back to me and could be very wrong about how the games go.

J Stew was somewhat of an easier choice, although there's always the risk that the Seahawks shut him down.

Realizing I should have put a bit more thought into my draft slot selection.

What else could you have done? LaFell/Edelman was a coin toss for me and Blount was there too. 3/4/5 were the only slots left when you picked. Interested in your thoughts on this.

Dodds has LaFell ranked higher than Edelman. I got screwed last week by Green so it would surprise me if Edelman concussion lingers. LaFell had a hurt ankle which would not be good for his game. Both should be good after an extra week of rest. LaFell has screwed me and the Panthers so many times that ultimately I decided he's roster poison for me. I rather him blow up on someone else's roster then lay a turd on mine.

Edelman feels like a safer pick. Since I'm in 7th place right now, safer picks may be the wrong answer for me.

If memory serves, Edelman was a big reason I survived last year after being behind.

IMO he's both a higher floor and comparable ceiling. Considered him over Stewart but didn't like the backs who would fall.

Sorry for posting only on the mfl site, with no pm's this morning. Big meeting coupled with somehow I blew out my forums login so couldn't get in here.

Was hoping edelman would fall to me - carried me to finals of WSL before abandoning me for weeks 16 and 17. Ok with Baldwin - although he's more boom/bust than I like. Fleener is similar. He's better when Allen isn't there, but not bad for fifth round.

I would've gone Demaryius + Edelman, which I prefer to Lynch + LaFell.

Couldn't resist Manning. He's had two weeks off, he's due, Indy will push them.
IMO Brady and peyton are equal this week. Just waited until one was taken. Of course the remaining 3 could all outscore them both.
I like Peyton more than Brady, but also think any qb can have a good game so had to grab Fleener since I figured no te would get back to me. Of course, I'm the guy that had lindley last week so take that all with a grain of salt

That was sort of my theory. Leaned Manning because the NE weather is more finicky and felt like Indy/NE game would be higher scoring.
Agreed there. Next week's game will be fun.

Really wanted Wilson, but I think Flacco is a significantly better play then Newton against Seattle.

You snipped me there FUBAR. Actually all three of you did as you cleaned out that tier. Pickings are slim so I'll try to gain an incremental advantage with Denver defense.
