Getting a house built and cannot lock in before 45 days of closing. Wont be complete until 2/13. I could lock in now but would get an additional 1/4 pt added for early lock in. i could do a one time lowering if rates were to go lower. Would anyone recomend doing this?

Not sure if this is well known but you can reserve online 1 hour before the phone lines open up. So 6am Est. We did this a few weeks ago and were able to get everything. Get acclimated with the site/process and you should have no issues.

Very True. I recenlty ordered a mac pro, twice i screwed up my order. Forgot to add Iworks which they sent separate, no problem. Then realized a week later i was entitled to basically a free printer with rebate. Called and they sent the printer, got it in 4 days.

Just got one these bad boys, can you guy point out some must have apps and features. Cases and Docks to recommend? Ive followed along this thread from the start but Im hestitant to go back and wade throught this thread though I probably will.

If they have a "fluent news" app for ipad i would give it a shot. It works great consolidating news storys from all major news sources. (on iphone)
