Two years ago I was squatting while hungover, got mad, tweaked my knee and tried to work through it. Needless to say it was stupid and it put my squatting career on hold. Drove me crazy. I'm all the way back now, I made it back, but during the hard times I took this stuff called super cissus. Not trying to be a shill for the stuff, but it's a natural product and really helped me. You guys with knee/foot/joint stuff need to look into it. And I know I'll get booed for saying so, but switching to a clean diet and eliminating alcohol didn't hurt. And I don't eat wheat, which has benefitted my life a lot.
