We have a different twist to our redraft league. It's a 12 team PPR league with standard scoring except we give 1.25 pts to TE's for each reception. What we do differently is we draw from the hat and you get to choose your draft position. I.E. 1st draw gets to choose where he will pick. What makes this interesting is we use a snake draft but we have a flip in the 3rd round. 1-12 12-1 12-1 1-12 12-1 and so on. That 3rd rd flip changes philosophies of drafting, do you take the no 1 pick or do you take 12 so you get 3 of the top 25. It's made our draft more interesting right from picking your choices. Incidently, last year the last team to be drawn and was assigned his Pick #4 won the league.
