[Dynasty] 2018 Draft Class (3 Viewers)

The Miami Herald reports second-round TE Mike Gesicki "came on strong" in minicamp.

The Herald reported last week that Gesicki "looked lost at times" in OTAs. "Gesicki has had some really good days," coach Adam Gase said. "(He’s) aggressive to the ball, can make plays. He’s a big man that can run and has really good hands. It’s been fun to watch him develop." The Dolphins have talked as if they have a big competition at tight end, but Gesicki has very little in front of him. It would be a major disappointment if he could not claim the starting job.

The Cincinnati Enquirer's Paul Dehner singled out seventh-round WR Auden Tate as one of the most impressive players at Bengals OTAs and minicamp.

Tate is massive at 6'5/228 but proved to be a subpar athlete with 4.68 speed and a 31-inch vertical at the Combine, leading to him tumbling to the seventh round. However, his size and "high-pointing ability" has made him a standout this spring, according to Dehner. "He hit points in the sky where he was catching a ball where just guys can't really get there," Dehner said. The Bengals are starving for wideout production behind A.J. Green. Tate will have to do it when pads come on.

Wide receiver Keke Coutee

The rookie fourth-round pick might be the Texans' answer in the slot. It's early, but Coutee has stood out among the young receiving corps, impressing DeAndre Hopkinswith his improvement since the start of OTAs. The Texans have tried to start 2016 third-round pick Braxton Miller in the slot for two seasons, but Coutee could win the job during training camp. -- Sarah Barshop

Wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton

The Broncos have high expectations for the rookie fourth-round pick, who finished his career at Penn State as the school's all-time leader in receptions, especially because they saw his work up close at the Senior Bowl. And Hamilton just might have been the most proficient route runner in the draft. He showed that in the team's on-field work this summer. He was physical, was strong to the ball and showed consistently reliable hands -- and his routes were spot on. Hamilton is going to play plenty -- or at least he should -- in the season to come along with fellow rookie wide receiver Courtland Sutton. -- Jeff Legwold

The previous record would show where these rankers have changed their minds after having more time to think about it.

After a nondescript rookie season in which he caught only nine passes in 321 offensive snaps, Hansen is one of the most improved players on the team. He looks stronger and faster than last year. Panthers TE Ian Thomas got reps with the first-team offense at minicamp.

Thomas was a one-year college starter but blew up the Combine (91st-percentile SPARQ). The Panthers drafted Thomas as a project but he's shown enough to push Chris Manhertz for the No. 2 job behind Greg Olsen. Thomas has the pass-catching skills for a rookie impact.

From a quick search he’s 25 and decently athletic.  Not that those are the only things that matter but it’s a start.  

Other than Diggs and Thielen I couldn’t even tell you the other WRs names on that depth chart so maybe he turns into something
