Well, Saved by the Bell was early 90's, so it really has more 80's influences than anything. The Max is definitely right out of the 80's.

The food is supposedly pretty good, it's a lot more high end than you would think. I believe it's just a pop-up that is open for a limited run.
Seinfeld debuted in 89 as well. But it lasted until the late 90's. I would definitely say early seasons of Seinfeld felt out of the 80's. SBTB which lasted so short, kept most of its 80's charm throughout the series. You can generally feel the previous decade's influence until a little less than halfway through the next, IMO.
90s are deep with bad fashion, so many options. Manager has to rock zip off cargos, Abercrombie shirt, pooka shells necklace, spikey hair with blonde tips and a backwards visor.
Showalter would've had the Yankees in the Series that year (vs. Montreal), therefore altering the Dynasty forever (no Torre - who was ok - but that was Buck's team)
