Mercedes benz is one of the leaders in self driving. Only them and waymo are level 4 if I recall correctly. They offer it on their s-class which is an ice vehicle. Edit, they have certified level 4 self driving. But limited in area.

Steam manages the licenses when you buy through them. The best license manager/storefront is GOG and it is not close, however Steam would be a distance 2nd behind them and way ahead of Epic/Microsoft.
