They don't call it on players who take forever in foul shots in basketball

They don't call it on keepers in soccer time wasting

They don't call it in baseball when the pitcher takes an eternity between pitches.

It's 8 seconds now and yes, stringently they call it.  Just as they always try and call 5 seconds when trying to inbound.

I might be Milan but soft spot for Roma for years and seeing Spinza the warrior go down like that is heartbreaking. Forza Spinza an even the team showed it's appreciation on the plan.

Ya I'm not sure here.  I guess the difference is that none of these plays actually hurt the opposing team besides in soccer.  Basketball FT's and Baseball pitches don't really matter in terms of the other team having a chance to win.  In soccer it does, unless the ref just adds more time to the game like he rightfully did yesterday.
