Pretty comfortable 1-0 win for Egypt on a nice goal from Trezeguet.  Zimbabwe was organized but never threatened.  Salah had at least three good chances but couldn't capitalize.  Streaming wasn't great.  It's been a while for me, if anybody has any helpful current suggestions, please PM.

Home field is going to be a pretty significant advantage for the Pharaohs.  I'm curious to see how full the stands will be for games involving neutrals.

It is rare the english language commentator that can let a game breathe.
I agree completely... which is why I usually turn down the volume and not listen.

but I do think Stu is a solid color guy- adding insightful info about game-flow, tactics and moments from a pro standpoint. but not good if he's just blabbing.

Just turned it on the last 15 minutes or so. Looks like a practice game...nobody running or defending.

As Curacao brought the ball up I was actively thinking just how disinterested the Hon defenders were...lolz at them
The first 25 minutes was like a shooting gallery for Honduras and the Curcao GK was putting on a clinic behind his all but nonexistent defense. Honduras defenders probably forgot they were in a game.

The way the players are moving, it must be a sauna in that stadium.

But there's no way Curacao can hold on to this...right?

Agreed mostly.  I like Stu on the US games.  CL...not so much.
