100k on a car (1 Viewer)

Either an air cooled 911 (though you can get a good one for less then 100K), Ferrari 348 or Ferrari Testarossa.

Been looking at full sized Range Rovers which run about $100k.   I'd really prefer the extended Autobiography version but that's like $180k.  Too much for my blood.

Honestly I'd rather buy a used Ferrari.  But I can't throw the kids in the backseat of that.
Looked at these as well.  Was tempted.  Then I started looking at the Lincoln Navigator.  And the notion of spending $100k on a glorified Ford hurt me in my bones.  So then I said to hell with it all, my Yukon is just fine.

I fully admit, until perusing this thread, I wouldn't have been able to name one single vehicle that cost six figures. So why am I here? I don't know either...

By the thread title I thought this was going to be about vehicles with 100,000 miles. I’ve got a lot of experience with 100k mileage, not so much with $100k price.
I’m not sure if you added up the cost of all my vehicles I’ve owned in my life it would be 100k.

My in laws had one back in the day. FiL worked for Lincoln so what was a ridiculously expensive SUV at the time, wasn't so bad with his discount. It was a really, really cool vehicle with all sorts of bells and whistles. My MiL put about 100K miles on it over about 12 years, and that's when a really cool vehicle with lots of toys became a pile of hell and most of those toys stopped working and were extremely cost prohibitive to fix. It's an ideal car to lease for 3 years, not one to own. I can't imagine how short the shelf life would've been had she commuted every day.

My MIL had one for about 5 years.  She had 3 mastiff's that she hauled around with her almost daily so needed tons of space.  After the mastiff's passed away, she traded it in for a Mini, lol.

That thing was gigantic, but with the back seats folded up, you couldn't fit a set of golf clubs behind the seats. It could easily transport 7 people, but if they had any kind of luggage you had no place to put it. 2 Ford Escapes would've been better. Could move 10 people plus plenty of storage, oh and the cost would be about half and the gas mileage would be at least double.

I'd buy a Dodge Demon in a heartbeat if dealers weren't charging $30-40k ADM.  They would rather let them rot than sell for some profit.

I've spent less than 40k in total for every car I've bought for myself.  That even includes one new one (thanks cash for clunkers).

100k to spend?  Give me a Travato, a surfboard, and my bike.  I'll flip off my work and never be seen again.

I think there are 2 different trucks, the 750 HP Shelby F150 ($100k) and the 525 HP Shelby Baja Raptor ($117k). I think the one in your video is the 750 HP Shelby F150.

Here is a video of them racing each other. link

I have seen 2 of the 750 HP F150s in NM (which is surprising because I think they only made 150, one was a farmer and the other is an oil field guy) and expect to see some of the Shelby Raptors popping up now that oil is booming again and oil field guys love their toys.

Should have knocked on wood.  Rear ended after work today.  Car totaled.  I guess this number will be going up.  My current car's worth won't buy much.
