Love the look of the F type but it only seats 5. I have 4 kids. If I'm spending this coin on an SUV, it's gotta hold all my kids. I was bummed not to see a 3rd row seat on any model.Nissan ZTR or the Jaguar F Type
Looked at these as well. Was tempted. Then I started looking at the Lincoln Navigator. And the notion of spending $100k on a glorified Ford hurt me in my bones. So then I said to hell with it all, my Yukon is just fine.Been looking at full sized Range Rovers which run about $100k. I'd really prefer the extended Autobiography version but that's like $180k. Too much for my blood.
Honestly I'd rather buy a used Ferrari. But I can't throw the kids in the backseat of that.
I’m not sure if you added up the cost of all my vehicles I’ve owned in my life it would be 100k.By the thread title I thought this was going to be about vehicles with 100,000 miles. I’ve got a lot of experience with 100k mileage, not so much with $100k price.
My in laws had one back in the day. FiL worked for Lincoln so what was a ridiculously expensive SUV at the time, wasn't so bad with his discount. It was a really, really cool vehicle with all sorts of bells and whistles. My MiL put about 100K miles on it over about 12 years, and that's when a really cool vehicle with lots of toys became a pile of hell and most of those toys stopped working and were extremely cost prohibitive to fix. It's an ideal car to lease for 3 years, not one to own. I can't imagine how short the shelf life would've been had she commuted every day.Looked at these as well. Was tempted. My MIL had one for about 5 years. She had 3 mastiff's that she hauled around with her almost daily so needed tons of space. After the mastiff's passed away, she traded it in for a Mini, lol.My in laws had one back in the day. That thing was gigantic, but with the back seats folded up, you couldn't fit a set of golf clubs behind the seats. It could easily transport 7 people, but if they had any kind of luggage you had no place to put it. 2 Ford Escapes would've been better. Could move 10 people plus plenty of storage, oh and the cost would be about half and the gas mileage would be at least double. My MIL had one for about 5 years. Hearing these things are going way below ask at as dealers can't move them.
They are a little excessive.Hearing these things are going way below ask at as dealers can't move them.
It's not arbitrary for some people, but thanks for playing.I'd buy a Honda Accord with custom solid-gold bumpers.
Then I'd melt the bumpers and sell the gold.
Take that, arbitrary thinking exercise!
Excessive is fun though. The whine of those superchargers isThey are a little excessive.

I've spent less than 40k in total for every car I've bought for myself. That even includes one new one (thanks cash for clunkers).I’m not sure if you added up the cost of all my vehicles I’ve owned in my life it would be 100k.
I think there are 2 different trucks, the 750 HP Shelby F150 ($100k) and the 525 HP Shelby Baja Raptor ($117k). I think the one in your video is the 750 HP Shelby F150.flranger said:

I was coming here to post the Vantage. You'd get a used DB9 over a new Vantage?Penguin said:Used Aston Martin DB9
Should have knocked on wood. Rear ended after work today. Car totaled. I guess this number will be going up. My current car's worth won't buy much.I've spent less than 40k in total for every car I've bought for myself. That even includes one new one (thanks cash for clunkers).
Are we talking used here?My top 3 choices would be:
1. BMW X5 ///M
2. Porsche 993
3. Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 170 fully tricked out for off grid camping/traveling/living
