Attorney would probably say it's not his place to judge, he's hired to do his best to present his client's argument. Some 25-year-old, unemployed, Army Reservist learned me up on the NVA and how the majority of people in Poland prior to the Nazi invasion were Jews.
I can walk away from things like that, guy was a moron (I made several slights at his High School education that he took as compliments FWIW). Someone telling me the Holocaust or Sandy Hook never happened, I'm ####### getting medieval on those people. I just don't care enough not to confront people on that kind of thing.
I mean this lawyer went to school, becoming a lawyer is a lot of work. Is it part shtick to corner the crazy market? I guess I can respect that, getting ahead and all.

Yelp appears to be littered with fake glowing reviews, some actual reviews, and some recent reviews calling them terrorist supporters.
I s*** you not, this has been my theory for a long time now.Muslim men are surrounded by women they can't touch. Hot women. No second base after a football game under the bleachers and such. Instead, many boys turn to sex with each other, or just plain ol masterbation. Muslim boys and men are sexually deprived until marriage. So it turns out this was all caused by a guy who couldn't get laid.
Figures.

I'm not against Muslims but a Muslim tells me that I'm getting him fired that day.Warning - this is from Sean Hannity. No I didn't see it on the show. No I didn't see it on Fox or some other conservative site, found it on twitter.
This is an interview with the pastor of one of the victims, feel free to reject it but it's a live interview which seems real enough.

http://www.people.com/article/san-bernardino-victim-shannon-johnson-shielded-survivor-denise-peraza?xid=socialflow_twitter_peoplemagSan Bernardino Victim Died After Shielding Co-Worker and Saving Her Life: 'I Got You'San Bernardino shooting victim Shannon Johnson used his body to shield co-worker Denise Peraza as bullets started flying on Wednesday, CNN reports. Johnson was one of the 14 people who died in the attack, but Peraza lived and is now able to share the details of Johnson's heroic actions.
In a statement released to CNN, Peraza, who was shot in the back and is now recovering at home, honors the "amazing man" who sacrificed his own life to save hers.
"I will always remember his left arm wrapped around me, holding me as close as possible next to him behind that chair," the statement reads. "And amidst all the chaos, I'll always remember him saying these three words, 'I got you.' "
Peraza also said that Johnson was a selfless person who "always brought a smile to everyone's face in the office with his lively stories about his hometown back in Georgia."
According to ABC7, Johnson, 45, was a Los Angeles resident who had worked as an environmental health specialist for 10 years.
"A resident of Koreatown, Shannon rose before dawn each morning to get to his job as a San Bernardino County health inspector. He shared a home with his girlfriend, Mandy Pifer, a longtime member of the Mayor's Crisis Response Team," Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said in a statement, ABC7 reports.
Pifer also spoke to CNN in memory of Johnson, who she says "everybody" will miss terribly.
"Shannon Hilliard Johnson was covered in tattoos, he had a big bushy beard, but he was a kitty cat. He was the kindest person anyone has ever met," Pifer says. "He loved people and animals – just everybody. He just loved people. He loved telling stories."
Pifer shares that Johnson was friends with co-worker Syed Rizwan Farook, one of the shooters.
"He liked Syed. Syed's religion was really important to him. Everybody's religion there was very important to them, and Shannon just wanted everybody to know that every religion is important," she says.
Pifer also recalls how she and Johnson had actually discussed how they would react in a similar situation to Wednesday's attack.
"I was always, 'I am ducking and covering,' and he said, 'No, screw that, I would charge, I would go after that gun,' " Pifer says. "He was not afraid to die and so I knew, if there was a gunman, Shannon went after him, he wasn't hiding anywhere."
She adds, "He had an incredible soul. It's a loss for humanity. He gave out good vibes, so I hope through all of this ... that we can keep those good vibes going and just reverberate them."
http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/04/us/san-bernardino-shooting-hero/Johnson knew Syed Rizwan Farook, one of the shooters, and he liked him.
Their talks were usually about religion, Pifer said. Johnson told her that Farook would get very upset if offended.
"Shannon would talk to him and just let him know that if anybody is disrespecting your religion --- eff them," she said.
On Wednesday, either Farook or his wife shot Shannon Johnson dead as he lay on the floor, putting himself between the killers and his friend.
Visited our longest running customer last week. He has a different theory. He claims that the whole Middle East is a cesspool because of the women. Says they are mostly hairy, smelly, and ugly. So many of these men that have 3-4 nasty ugly wives that they have sex with just get angrier and angrier. Said when they finally may find a hot mistress to bang, she gets arrested or killed, which then makes them even angrier. Then when they see all the pictures of the hot american women airbrushed on magazine covers they get even angrier and turn all that rage toward the west. In America we just go to the bar and get drunk and we don't care about women being ugly. There he said they can't even go get booze.I s*** you not, this has been my theory for a long time now.Muslim men are surrounded by women they can't touch. Hot women. Couple that frustration with poverty and a religion being perverted by some toward hate and violence. Now you've got all these kisless virgin terrorists wanting to kill and die doing it.
All over #####.
I think they all use the term "truther" ironically. How could anyone be a Sandy Hook "truther?" I'm not sure I can fully grasp that mindset, or how anyone could logically come to that conclusion. These people believe Sandy Hook didn't happen at all? Maybe they should talk to the dead kid's parents?
That was my question. 900 sf house.so the mother lives with them but knows nothing and gets to go on her merry way? no idea they have a bomb and ammo factory in the garage? my FIL stayed with me for 1 week and knew when i didnt use cilantro in his accapurias.

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/05/us/tashfeen-malik-islamic-state.html?_r=0Officials pointed to evidence like the Facebook post and what they described as a bomb-making workshop at the couple’s home, where they found 12 completed pipe bombs and a stockpile of thousands of rounds of ammunition. Officials say that weaponry could indicate that the couple were planning more attacks.
Among the components investigators seized from the couple’s house were items common to the manufacture of pipe bombs but also “miniature Christmas tree lamps.” A recent issue of Inspire, an online magazine published by an arm of Al Qaeda, included an article, “Designing a Timed Hand Grenade,” with step-by-step instructions for making a delayed igniter with a Christmas tree lamp.
http://www.cnn.com/2014/05/21/justice/boston-bombing-tsarnaev-documents/Prosecutors: Tsarnaevs used Christmas lights to make bomb fusesThe Boston Marathon bombing suspects used Christmas lights and model-car parts to make the explosives, prosecutors said in court documents obtained by CNN on Wednesday.
"The Marathon bombs were constructed using improvised fuses made from Christmas lights and improvised, remote-control detonators fashioned from model car parts," federal prosecutors said in a motion filed Wednesday. "These relatively sophisticated devices would have been difficult for the Tsarnaevs to fabricate successfully without training or assistance from others."
To obtain explosive fuel for the pressure cooker bombs, the filing says, brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev "appeared to have crushed and emptied hundreds of individual fireworks containing black powder."

It's perfectly fine to report suspicious behavior. But what is suspicious behavior? If one of the components to that behavior is the appearance of the person doing it (Middle Eastern in this discussion) then it's not fine.
In other words if you report a Middle Eastern looking person doing something you regard as suspicious, but would not report a white person that was doing the EXACT SAME THING, then you're acting in a bigoted manner, and it's not OK.In this case someone saw a few Middle eastern men enter an apartment .. and now feels guilty because he feels he should have reported it..
Reported what.. some middle eastern guys going into an apartment.. How many middle eastern people can gather before it becomes "suspicious" .. 2, 3.. ???
As I stated above, middle eastern people soon will not be able to gather for Birthday Parties, to watch Sports, or gather in any groups larger then 2 before people feel they need to report "suspicious" activity..
after that, who's next?? Russians, Jews...

JeezGun control shouldn't have anything to do with a speech on ISIS unless he's going to talk about legislation that you mention. New gun legislation is going to prevent anything and this recent shooting was in California, not exactly a place that's "easy" to get a gun compared to some states.Obviously that's going to be part of it.Will this turn into another plea for more gun control?SaintsInDome2006 said:Peter Baker @peterbakernyt 31m31 minutes ago

Obama "will also discuss the broader threat of terrorism, including the nature of the threat, how it has evolved, and how we will defeat it"
My guess is the main points will be along the lines of:
reiterate that we are making progress against ISIS on the battlefield
as they lose territory in the ME they may look to cause discord abroad w/terror attacks
we continue to work globally with our allies to disrupt networks that enact large coordinated attacks like Paris
we need to do more to make it difficult for terrorists ay home (both domestic and foreign) to carry out attacks like CO Springs and San Bernardino
reiterate again that people like ISIS do not represent mainstream Islam and we can't allow ourselves to be drawn into that narrative, as it ultimately serves ISIS's goals
will likely hammer Republicans/NRA for blocking legislation to keep people on terror watch list from buying guns
will probably also talk about the larger issues around gun regulation
ETA: and of course that we can't allow the threats to disrupt our lives, we should still feel safe
I know what he said, thanks, but you're in the minority if you're happy with how he's approached this. You realize he was never saying yhey are contained worldwide right? What he has been saying has been completely wrong and flat out stupid. I just got around to reading this thread and I generally try to not post in these threads but you bring up a good point. While I can understand people being concerned about things that appear suspicious, what about personal liberty, freedom of religion and freedom in general? I live in metro Detroit and one of its suburbs is Dearborn, which has one of the largest if not the largest population of Muslims and others from the Middle East. I feel totally safe being there and cant recall ever hearing of any major incidents involving Muslims (if something did I dont recall it).
Basically, I cant stand anything related to racial profiling. Things like databases for certain groups of people is just plain wrong. I know people may be concerned but where does the line cross into freedom and personal liberty?
I've been very clear - I'm not sure what the solution there is, or if there even is one. My criticism of Obama is that he's not a leader, and that's been pretty clear on this issue. So youve moved away from the statement that your ilk doesn't understand to this?I know what he said, thanks, but you're in the minority if you're happy with how he's approached this. You realize he was never saying yhey are contained worldwide right?Im guessing not. What he has been saying has been completely wrong and flat out stupid.
