A 14-teamer is not so different than a 12-team, but definitely don't wait as long for a QB in particular - you want at least one every-week starter, and if you time it poorly, managers will pillage the QB pool for backups before you can grab a decent low-end QB1. Also don't wait too long for a TE in leagues where they have any extra flex or point value, and for at least one DST you're comfortable starting on a weekly basis (since streaming them is not as viable).
