Per Bass' Post...

No immunity will be in play. Everyone will start with an 8 hour clock. The clock will be suspended every day from 1 AM EDT to 5 AM EDT (this means everyone should have 12 hours over night). If your timer expires, you clock time will be cut in half. The guys at the turn don’t get extra time for the second pick. Clock is on during the weekends.

So it looks like 1 A.M.But I see he made it...good deal . Hate to see drafts tainted by skipped picks.
