2008 35K Contest - Gameday Scoring (1 Viewer)

Hey all,

I posted this in the contest thread, but its getting lost in the shuffle with all the rosters and strat being discussed.

I'll put up the semi-live scoring for the contest again this year, but it probably wont be available until later Sunday sometime..

I had to upgrade the stat grabbing SW and noticed some major inefficiencies in the app last year once we got past week 5 or so and I am working to rewrite most of the app to provide a faster site.

The link to the site is in my sig, this year I will be using the forum software to manage the users, so you will have to register to use the app.

Just a heads up, good luck to everyone this year!

I'm using PHP FFL to get all the stats from http://myffl.net and organized them into catagories etc.. From there, its just scripts that run to convert to the FBG scoring and manage all the teams etc... I haven't been commenting it like I would if I was planning on it being open source, but I would have no problem sharing. It's all PHP/MySQL

I manually activated you, it looks like you added an "l" to the end of your email address, I fixed it for you also.Let me know if you still have any issues.

Working on it now... I'm trying to get it finished up asap, shooting for Sunday to have the ability to enter teams. Maybe sooner, we'll see how it goes..

I skipped him because he wasnt on my team...He's there now, plus a couple others I missed... Sorry guys, entering the players flat out sucks and it's easy to miss a RB or WR or two....

Im not sure the flex scoring is working correctly though. Slaton currently has my 3rd highest RB score and Antonio Bryant has my 4th highest WR score. Slaton scored 6.4 points and Bryant scored 7.3, but your app is listing Slaton as my flex.

I activated you. You're the only one using an address @yahoomail.com in the DB BTW...
