Everyone always aims to have the perfect draft, and although some come away initially happy with their teams, they never seem to play out the way you would have expected and your always left saying to yourself "ahh, I knew I should have drafted "_____" here!"

What would have been the perfect draft? I would be sitting happy right now with this, without even taking an RB until the 6th round!

Round 1: Andre Johnson

Round 2: Roddy White

Round 3: Antonio Gates

Round 4: Phillip Rivers

Round 5: Hakeem Nicks

Round 6: Arian Foster

Round 7: Ahmad Bradshaw

Round 8: Terrell Owens

Round 9: LaDanian Tomlinson

Round 10: Darren McFadden

Round 11: Mike Williams (TB)

Round 12: Austin Collie

Round 13: Michael Vick

Round 14: Greenbay

Round 15: Rob Bironas

Round 16: Brandon Lloyd (Who?)

Perfect draft order after rd 2/3 totally dependent in some respects on month of draft and scoring rules to lesser extentMy draft 9/7/10- Foster 3rd, Bradshaw 4th- otherwise good synopsis!

If we only had a crystal ball......

Peyton Hillis?

I don't think Peyton Hillis was realistically on anyones radar come draft day. People were trying to guess between Jarome Harrison/Montario Hardesty with others trying to take a flyer on James Davis.

Or you could have been so confident coming into the season you would have just skipped the draft all together and still won your league championship by making a team out of FAs:

QB: Michael Vick, Kyle Orton, Ryan Fitzpatrick

RB: Peyton Hillis, Ryan Torrain, Brandon Jackson, Benjarvus Green-Ellis, Mike Tolbert

WR: Brandon Lloyd, Austin Collie, Mike Williams, Mark Clayton, Steve Johnson, Kenny Britt

TE: Mercedes lewis, Jacob Tamme

K: Dan Carpenter

DE: Washington

That's not winning any championships.

ehh, maybe no Championship caliber, but you have to admit that would be a pretty competitive team for not selecting one player during the draft.

I drafted Hillis in the 15th in my main league. He was drafted in the 13th in my other league.
