That would be great w/me. If you told me pre-draft Eagles could move up for Cox and give 4th/6th I wouldn't have believed it. Makes the D-Line MUCH better if he's the pick.

OK, time to get a little homer up in here

So, thinking some things through. The Eagles could use an additional pass rushing DE. We work with this 'Wide 9' technique that provides our DE's to move a little in space to get up field and get to the QB. Well, I have watched the best 'in space' pash rushing DE in the draft for 2 years now. He had a monster combine positionally, but doesnt have the prototypical size of a 3-down DE, or even a 4-3 DE. He closer to a 3-4 3rd down pass rushing specialist.

That said, he is a stud. I believe he could excel in our 'wide-9' as a situational pass rusher. He excel's at getting to the QB. I wouldnt count on him providing much run support. Also, on the negative side, the first name out of most Bird fans mouths will be Chris Gogong.

Harrison Smith the Safety it looks like. Figured it was him and not Floyd as Floyd didn't make sense and those were the only two going high out of ND.

Assuming we keep the two seconds, would think one has to be a DB. Lots of talent worth trading up for though. O-Lineman all still on the board. Surprised Rieff, DeCastro available at 22.

The Osweiler guy seems like a project. Maybe a LB like David and I wonder if they would take Jenkins the knucklehead CB if he is there.

I was weeeeeelll before all the experts in saying that they coveted Cox. I called this weeks ago (maybe even a month ago).To answer one question: They tried to move back into the first to get the Safety from ND, but couldn't do it due to all the movement at the end of the round. They just didn't have a high enough 2nd to get it done and they weren't going to trade both.Anyway, I'm going to work. I don't have much info now as he's locked down, but I have some.
