Sorry about the waivers time snafu. It looks like one of the multiple date/time settings on the Fantrax transactions options page was set for noon EDT rather than 6PM. I'm pretty confident that everything will work properly next week.

On the plus side, it looks like the waivers order issue has been fixed.

I honestly have no idea when Balotelli and the other recent adds to the system (Eto'o, Samaras, etc.) will clear waivers. It may be next Thursday or it could be sooner. If you want one of these guys and think it's worth burning your waiver position, I'd suggest putting up a pending transaction now.

I don't see how that helps your case.

If we had been allowed to switch players after rosters were announced, I would not have started Dummett, who was on the bench.

Its such an easy fix...if information coming out of England were at all reliable, I might understand the disdain for an obvious solution, but given that we are dealing with misinformation and rumors right up until 60 minutes before game time, I simply can't understand why we would not want to be able to make informed decisions here.

I would be happy to manually make the adjustments for any west-coast owner who feels like getting up early is not worth getting it right.

I just want to be able to make line-up changes after the rosters are announced. Is that really so much to ask for?

I have yet to hear a valid reason why we should not adjust the rules to allow those changes. It it wasn't possible, I would understand, but to know it is possible, and still not adjust is beyond reason.
