2014 Anarchy League 4 thread (1 Viewer)

QB:

Detroit and Pittsburgh

Decided to go Qb early in this draft. Detroit is on track for 5k yards and another 40 td's if not more. I took Pittsburgh for its upside and the fact that not many would have been left at the next pick.

RB:

Gerhart, Thomas, DWilliams, Dunbar

Still waited in this league on a RB but got 2 that can catch passes out of the backfield in Gerhart and Thomas. As in league 10 I took Williams because he is the starter in Carolina and should still get decent points. Gerhart will be able to move a little in Jacksonville and Thomas is huge with the 0.5 ppr. Dunbar was a guess to fill in the last RB spot, shows promise if Murray gets hurt.

WR:

Marshall, MLee, MJones, Hilton, MSanu

Marshall and Hilton are the stars here. Both can put up obscene numbers this season. Lee will be in a lot for Jacksonville with players being hurt and suspended constantly. Combination of Jones and Sanu wasn't supposed to happen. Thought I changed my last preset to something else but I guess it didn't update. Will be interesting to see how this plays out in Cincy.

TE:

Pitta, Amaro, Sefarian-Jenkins

In trouble here. Pitta was great before he was hurt last season, but having 2 rookies at this position will be my downfall. I waited to long getting other positions in place and was left with nothing. Both have a chance to do great things but not quite sure on them.

Kicker:

JBrown, Janikowski

One is drunk and polish the other plays in NY where Eli can't score.

Defense:

Detroit and Baltimore- Both could do some damage, but I think I drafted more on what they did years ago than what they can do this year.

Overall not very happy with this team. Other than my WR's, I really don't stand a chance. To many question marks for my liking.

Drafting from the #4 spot....

Saints, New Orleans NOS

Titans, Tennessee TEN

Was very happy to get the #2 scoring QB in this format from last year. Didn't feel the need to rush and pickup another QB as Brees scores almost as having a QB and a half. Should be interesting to see how things shake out in TN though. TN QB was the best that was available at the time.

Bradshaw, Ahmad IND RB

Carey, Ka'Deem CHI RB

Gore, Frank SFO RB

Vereen, Shane NEP RB

Gore and Vereen should be the main RBs for me, with Bradshaw as a darkhorse. The potential is there for him, can he stay healthy is the question.

Baldwin, Doug SEA WR

Cobb, Randall GBP WR

Colston, Marques NOS WR

Johnson, Andre HOU WR

Randle, Rueben NYG WR

Welker, Wes DEN WR

#13, #17, #20 and #30 scoring WRs last year. Clearly, the WR position was what I was targeting in this draft. Top to bottom I will compete very well with the rest of the league.

Fleener, Coby IND TE

Miller, Zach SEA TE

Defintitely a weak spot. Again, the potential is there for good things for Fleener, will he find his potential is another story. Miller is a solid backup.

Bailey, Dan DAL PK

Bullock, Randy HOU PK

Two solid PKs

49ers, San Francisco SFO Def

Jets, New York NYJ Def

Opposite ends of the spectrum here. 49ers were the #4 DEF last year, Jets #29. Hoping that the 49ers provide the same excellent scoring they had as last year.

I like my chances with this team if my RBs come through, Time will tell. Was a fun draft.

FF Ninja's 18.14 pick of WR Andre Caldwell exceeds the roster limits. He needs another RB.
Look at his roster. Now look at your roster. What do you see?
Completely my fault. I was using Draft Dominator to check rosters instead of using the MFL site. DD has McCluster as a WR, while MFL has him as a RB. Apologies, all.

Actually, pretty well done by FF Ninja on that one.
Caldwell was a total mistake. Meant to take the other Andre... Roberts. Whoops. I feel good enough about my other WRs that I don't mind accidentally punting my last draft pick.
