Rose sounds like quite the scumbag and idiot (which we already knew). I'm surprised this isn't getting more attention.Question: Do you have an understanding as to the word consent?
Derrick Rose: No. But can you tell me?
Question: I just wanted to know if you had an understanding.
Derrick Rose: No.

He has to have some sort of mental handicap.Rose sounds like quite the scumbag and idiot (which we already knew). I'm surprised this isn't getting more attention.
Rose had to take the SAT several times before scoring high enough to be eligible for college basketball. His passing exam was so suspicious ETS later voided the score, vacating Memphis's season with Rose. The school had to return their share of NCAA Tournament revenue, a non-trivial amount of money given they got to the title game from a small conference.Cliff Clavin said:He has to have some sort of mental handicap.
Lucky for him, he's going into basketball obscurity this year so no one will care about this.
Yeah, I remember hearing that he cheated on it. The article (or in the comments) said the bar is ridiculously low as far as NCAA requirements on the SAT. True?Rose had to take the SAT several times before scoring high enough to be eligible for college basketball. It's a sliding scale based on GPA. If a prospect has good grades, easy bar to clear. If a prospect is a "C" student in core classes, they have to score close to the national average on their standardized test. But yes, that bar is much lower than the IQR of SAT/ACT scores of students at most schools that field D-I basketball teams. Rose was not a good student, and he made the mistake of taking the SAT a couple times before cheating on it. It was the big spike that triggered the inquiry.Yeah, I remember hearing that he cheated on it. Doe’s questions for prospective trial jurors takes a largely procedural route, asking if the jurors have health issues, scheduling conflicts, or if they know any of the three defendants. The proposed survey does ask, “Have you formulated any opinions as to what a woman should do in a situation when she has been raped?” then continues with a series of follow-up questions:
i. Do you think that every woman should react in the same way when she is raped?
ii. Have you known anyone in your family that has been sexually assaulted?
iii. Has anyone in the room been sexually assaulted?
vii. Do you think that a person can consent to sexual intercourse when they are intoxicated?
viii. Do you think that a person can consent to sexual intercourse when they are unconscious?
ix. Do you think that if someone invites you over to their home at 1:00 am that you have gained consent to have sexual intercourse with them?
x. What are your opinions of three men having sexual intercourse with one woman?
The list of proposed questions from Rose’s camp includes:
4. Do you think NBA players are overpaid?
6. Do you think the younger generation has been exposed to a different set of values and mores when it comes to sex?
10. Do you think a woman has a right to have sex with three men in the same day if that is what she decides she wants to try? Would you judge a woman harshly who tried something like that for one night?
12. Do you think single people in their twenties are free to make whatever sexual choices they want to make, without being judged by it?
13. Do you think someone who admits to lying is more prone to lie in order to get money?
15. Have you heard the phrase “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned?” What does that phrase make you think?
I hope you get a flat tire.Over unders are out: http://www.espn.com/chalk/story/_/id/17597014/las-vegas-sets-golden-state-warriors-regular-season-wins-665
after a quick glance, I think I like the SA over, and Minnesota under (still too soon). Maybe the Jazz under as I think people may be getting a little ahead of themselves there.

Worse than Crapper Williams?just for the record since kobme is gone my new lesat favorite player in the nba is ole captain fartbeard james harden screw that flopmaster brohans take that to the this aint european flopper soceer bank
Tough team for me to get a read on. You can talk yourself into that lineup being a top 3-5 offense, but they are also starting three of the worst defensive players in the league.Houston not a .500 team? Oh come on. They started last year terribly and got rid of the guy everyone hated. jB nickerstaff had them over .500 in his time and mike dantoni cant possibly be worse than that guy. Beverly had injuries, harden showed up fat, donuts was available 1/3 of the season and ty ####### Lawson got some run. Capella is older, Harrell is older, so on and so forth...
and they aren't .5 games better?

Howard will never win a championship in large part because he's a mental midget, but he's a damn good regular season franchise center.Houston not a .500 team? Oh come on. Not disagreeing. I am disappointed in how that turned out. That said, I don't think there is any way this team is worse barring injury.Howard will never win a championship in large part because he's a mental midget, but he's a damn good regular season franchise center.
That's one area I usually try to avoid. How nice is the video screen? You'll probably be watching it half of the time.Buddy Ball 2K3 said:Anyone attend an NBA game with seats in the lower level that are up and behind the backboard? Thoughts?? Looking into getting season tickets and those are fairly cheap.
Ok going to avoid that. They have some on the corner but they look like an odd viewing angle as well. They have center court, 3rd row on the 2nd level available for about half the cost of what the ones behind the basket are. Any thoughts on those? That's one area I usually try to avoid. Define "behind the backboard...if directly behind then they are generally bad since the backboard and shot clocks can get in the way....if they are off to the side especially lower near a bench they are generally pretty good and interesting since you get to see the bench interactions, you're near the court, and there isn't anything impeding your view. It's a different perspective that people either hate or love.Buddy Ball 2K3 said:Anyone attend an NBA game with seats in the lower level that are up and behind the backboard? Thoughts?? The ones in the corner are on the other side of the court. Philly Wells Fargowhich arena and sections?
If you go to stubhub you can get a pretty decent pic of what your view is from various sections: http://www.stubhub.com/philadelphia-76ers-tickets-philadelphia-76ers-philadelphia-wells-fargo-center-philadelphia-10-26-2016/event/9640190/?mbox=1&rS=6&abbyo=true&sliderpos=true&qtyq=false&sort=value+desc&sid=29918&tktbkt=5Philly Wells Fargo
I have the following seats/sections available in my price rage:
213-215 rows 3-7
115 row 22
117-119 rows 10-26
http://aviewfrommyseat.com/venue/Wells+Fargo+Center/seating-chart/ That site crowdsources pictures as well. From those, I definitely wouldn't do 117-9.If you go to stubhub you can get a pretty decent pic of what your view is from various sections: http://www.stubhub.com/philadelphia-76ers-tickets-philadelphia-76ers-philadelphia-wells-fargo-center-philadelphia-10-26-2016/event/9640190/?mbox=1&rS=6&abbyo=true&sliderpos=true&qtyq=false&sort=value+desc&sid=29918&tktbkt=5
