2016 Redraft results... (1 Viewer)

That one guy

Footballguy
Haven't seen/found a thread for posting redraft league draft results, so this can serve as such.

Post away, all formats and league designs

This is a 12 team standard scoring league. 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 flex, 1 TE, 1 Def, 1 kicker. 14 rounds. I tried to stick as closely to the Draft Dominator suggestions, and here is what I ended with.

QB - Aaron Rodgers (4)

RB - Gurley (1) CJ Anderson (3)

WR - J. Nelson (2) Floyd (6)

TE - Olsen (5)

Flex - Duke Johnson (7)

Def - Vikings (13)

Kicker - Boswell (14)

Bench - J. Matthews (8), Abdullah (9), T. Austin (10), D. Booker (11), Witten (12)

I am pretty happy with my RB/QB/TE situation but feel a bit weak at WR. Hoping to get solid production from Floyd/Mathews and I think I should be good. Any suggestions?

Yeah, to be clear, I was thinking more along lines of links to your draft as a whole...an adventure in ADP after the first couple preseason games, essentially.

I've started 2 16-teamers but am only in the 2nd round...a little deeper and I'll put up the links

Any 2QB leagues out there?  Venturing into that world for the first time tonight and wouldn't mind seeing some relatable drafts

Last night I completed my 2nd big money draft of the year.  RT sports The Fantasy Championship, which is similar to the FFPC although it doesn't have the TE premium scoring, it has your standard ppr scoring.  But same deal, thousands of teams (I believe 3,600) with grand prize of $200K.  Minimum rosters are: 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1PK, 1DEF, 2FLEX (RB/WR/TE).

Let's get right to it.  This is the team I drafted last night.  Had the 1.03, decided to go RB to change it up a bit.  Here's my team which I plan on starting 4 RBs and only 2 WRs:

1.3 Todd Gurley, LA

2.10 Jamaal Charles, KC

3.3 Sammy Watkins, BUF

4.10 Cam Newton, CAR

5.3 Carlos Hyde, SF

6.10 Travis Kelce, KC

7.3 Corey Coleman, CLE

8.10 Ameer Abdullah, DET

9.3 James White, NE

10.10 Markus Wheaton, PIT

11.3 Seattle Seahawks, SEA

12.10 Ted Ginn, CAR

13.3 Andy Dalton, CIN

14.10 Josh Doctson, WAS

15.3 Dion Lewis, NE

16.10 Vance McDonald, SF

17.3 Mason Crosby, GB

18.10 Breshad Perriman, BAL

19.3 Kenyan Drake, MIA

20.10 Tyreek Hill, KC

Adding on from the above post.  Here is the first big money team I drafted.  Same league and scoring as above.  This draft was done on July 15, about 6 weeks ago.

1.9 Adrian Peterson, MIN

2.4 Rob Gronkowski, NE

3.9 Doug Martin, TB

4.4 Jeremy Maclin, KC

5.9 Larry Fitzgerald, ARI

6.4 Russell Wilson, SEA

7.9 Gary Barnidge, CLE

8.4 Markus Wheaton, PIT

9.9 Laquon Treadwell, MIN

10.4 Martellus Bennett, NE

11.9 Andy Dalton, CIN

12.4 Seattle Seahawks, SEA

13.9 Tony Romo, DAL

14.4 Josh Ferguson, IND

15.9 William Fuller, HOU

16.4 Branden Oliver, SD

17.9 Shaun Draughn, SF

18.4 Ted Ginn, CAR

19.9 Will Tye, NYG

20.4 Spencer Ware, KC

Just had a 10 team ppr with 6pt passing td's.  Had the 6 spot and drafted completely unprepared.  Objectively--my team looks bottom 3 looking at the rosters.  qb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-te-k-def

1.6-Gronk

2.5-Leveon

3-6-Randall cobb

4-5 eddie lacy

5-6 doug baldwin

6-5 carlos hyde

7-6 Larry fitzgerald

8-5 Marvin Jones

9-6 Eli Manning

10-5 duke johnson

11-6 tyler lockett--i hate owning both him and baldwin--but I felt like i couldn't pass him up here

12-5 Matthew stafford--early for him--but I think he'll be solid this season--and with 6pt passing tds--i wanted a nice backup qb

13-6 New england d

14-5 Spencer ware

15-6 chandler catanzaro

My biggest mistake was under estimating the flood or wr's being drafted early. I should have taken one in the first two rounds. I really wanted evans, or cooper in the 3rd--and they literally got taken the two picks before me.  My only elite position is probably te.   I don't really have a wr1--and many would argue that i don't even have a solid wr2. My rb's have potential--but are question marks up to the week when leveon returns.   My prediction is that I'll have a rough season unless I somehow trade for a stud wr.
