the Knicks have 39 in the 1st quarter, the Hawks have 33 at the half, the 76ers have 39 at half, and the Pistons have 45 at half against a team resting 3 starters. :lmao:

I love SVG leaving Blake in up 19 with 8 minutes left, and why? Because he is close to a triple double. :lmao:

I might just disown them and go to the Suns, at least they have some decent young talent and a 1st round pick.

In other news, the Lakers are on their way to their 2nd straight loss since Thomas has joined the team. They had won 9 in a row prior to that. I laugh when I hear some of the L.A. talk radio clods talk about how the Lakers fall back plan when they strike out on the good free agents this summer is to sign Thomas to a one year $20M deal. How does that make sense for anybody? If you were trying to design a player to be the absolute worst fit for what Walton is trying to do here, you'd end up with Isaiah Thomas.

Predictions on who misses the playoffs in the West? I think the Jazz will replace the Pelicans, other than that it stays where it is now. Clippers and Pelicans just miss. Here is my guess.

1 Warriors - Trailblazers

4 Timberwolves - Thunder

3 Spurs - Nuggets

2 Rockets - Jazz
Disagree with the Pelicans missing the playoffs, Davis might win the MVP and it has the look and feel of when he carried that team to the 8th seed a couple of years ago.

I would go

Warriors vs. Blazers

Rockets vs. Pelicans

Thunder vs. Nuggets

T-Wolves vs. Spurs

Really sad that Cousins got injured. Wanted to see how they would do in the playoffs.

There is a few players each draft that matter.  Lakers missed on Tatum that is it.  You have Tatum and Kuzma with cap space you are a lot closer then u think.  Instead Lakers have to wait out the Ball experiment.

If you can't break people down of the dribble nor shoot ur excellent passing doesnt matter.

bangos up to 5 spot in the east it would be nice to see them chase down the bullets but we will have to wait and see because the rule is that they set playoff standings at the end of the year and you gotta play by the rules take that to the bank brohans

any team who lets tony smell on the floor for thirty minutes every night aint goin nowheres brobango and all trons and anteaternintendos cant do nothin about it so you can take that to the dump

Ben Simmons finished last night's game with 18 points (8-for-15 shooting), 12 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals, his sixth triple-double of the season. Only Russell Westbrook (17) and LeBron James (10) have more triple-doubles.

Fun game last night.  Nice to see all the GS bandwagon fans that appeared from thin air a few years ago leave with the Moda center with their flat billed backwards hats looking down.

Question:  Do GS fans go to some sort of school to learn how to dress like a doooooosh bag?  I've never seen just an average looking GS fan in the last few years they actually began to appear.  Short beards with sharp edged lines, stupid hats that are oversized, jerseys over other shirts and whats with all the hand gestures when their team makes a shot?  It's a sad cross between gang signs and sign language.  What a bunch of dorks.

Cutting edge observations, gramps.

Are GS bandwagon fans really any different from _____ bandwagon fans?

I spent most of yesterday's game praying to Basketball Jesu to come murder Nick Young. Bill Walton too, while he's at it. He's now just actively destroying broadcasts. Worse than Vitale.

It's a different look for sure.

Not many other teams' fans attend the Blazer games the way the Warriors do now that they're good, so I can't comment too much on other fan bases (though the Laker fans for Kobe's farewell were certainly special).  Proximity plays a part, as does the excitement of seeing that collection of talent on one team.  Probably a lot of people in the Bay Area finding better ticket deals going to games in Portland than at home, though that's just a guess.

Bill Walton will periodically stand-up during his broadcast I'm guessing because his back can't sit for long.  As much as you wanted to murder him, the people sitting down behind him were livid.  Nick Young is garbage.

Only in the sense that they're more bandwagon-y because the team is better.  If rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for the house in blackjack, rooting for the Warriors is like rooting for gravity.

Totally agree on Walton. Amusing for one broadcast, or maybe one half, but it gets old fast. He called an early season tournament UNC played in this year; enjoyed the first game but by the third game I was watching with the sound off.

Yeah I had to mute the broadcast a few minutes into the first quarter. I like Walton in general but that was terrible.

Are you back on the Nuggets train!?!

Jokic has more assists tonight than any center not named Wilt Chamberlain. He has 28 points, 16 assists, and 12 rebounds with 5 minutes left.
I never left.

I am just pacing myself to the playoffs.

3rd straight loss.

Got my Sixers season ticket renewal email yesterday. I have two seats 13 rows up on the first level, across the court from the Sixers bench. Price went from $5,800 to just over $8,000
