2017-18 NBA (Playoffs): A gasping, wheezing thread begs message board poster arguing how Jordan never lost a Finals to just let it die in peace (2 Viewers)

17 point lead about to be down to 8.  Game not over.
The interesting thing to me, is that neither team has really gotten going from 3-point land. Toronto has a chance to steal this if they can get a few to go down. Likewise, Cleveland can blow them out of the water if they decide to start lobbing up 3s.

It's about DJax hating Lebron.
I just want consistent officiating. Haven't watched every game but the officiating this year has been way better especially compared to the NHL playoffs. You could call an offensive foul for pushing off or a moving screen every play too. I think someone mentioned last year in this thread or another he is an official and laughs when the NBA calls a moving screen. Also I thought they were gonna start giving T's to guys for diving whatever happened to that?

Lead down to 5 again.  They won't give up.  Reminds me of Boston vs Cleveland last year Boston got smashed by 46 at home in game 2 then came back to win game 3 at the buzzer.

I'm old. I've watched nba hoops obsessively for decades. Sometime long ago I quit whining about officiating. It ruined the game for me. I love the game. Whining is almost always biased. The officiating is consistent.

I stopped liking when the super teams started. I think a lot of todays players are big babies and so entitled too.

It's wild that Lebron, Durant, and Trae Young are balding so aggressively and refusing to go with it. When was the last time we had two great NBA guys and the most popular college guy just outright refusing to shave their heads?

So Celtics are now calling out Lebron and talking about "not playing with their food" when it comes to game 4. Good times  :kicksrock:

Joakim Noah and Luol Deng can both barely walk these days. Derrick Rose tore his ACL when he was on the floor with a less than a minute a half in a game where the Bulls were up by double-digits.
If your a star player you play no matter what. Thibs is old school. There's always people who think one way or another on this stuff. Like taking a QB out of the game do to a blow out and stuff. The problem with Noah and Deng is they didn't take care of their bodies well either. Lebron plays a ton of minutes each year and he's incredible durable. Why? He takes great care of his body

Thibs blows, dude.

Lowry is playing fantastic. If "this guy" showed up more often, it would be great. He's got to be one of the bigger underperformers in the league. I think he'd benefit greatly in a different environment. Recharge his batteries somewhere else.

Not sure there is much gas left as a 32+ minutes per game for 82 games level of production, but he could still be a major part to a great team.  Lowry can still be a great defender and shot maker in slightly under full-time bursts.

For Toronto it may be the most logical piece to move and get that bang for the buck exchange.
