I could definitely be wrong, I just don’t see that. For sure not following Saban anyway. I get that’s his alma mater, but he’s spent many more years at Clemson than at Bama, he’s very loyal to the program for giving him a shot, his sons all go / are going to Clemson, and his wife plays a huge role in the community and with special needs programs. He has full autonomy to do what he wants at Clemson. At Bama, his best scenario has him retiring as maybe their 3rd best coach ever if he passes Stallings?
It could happen, I’ll never say never. It just doesn’t seem like the slam dunk that most are expecting. If / when he does go, I’d assume Jeff Scott takes over. He’s being groomed as the next Dabo and they have similar traits.
