Please Scott foster, figure out how to extend this to a best of 9
i actually like better Eric Lewis and his entire family being diehard Celtics fans, and the NBA opts to have this guy ref a game 7 game for Boston in Boston. Great stuff

This or Brady deflating footballs so Blount could run for 200 and 4 tds. Which had a bigger effect on the outcome of the games?

Well, considering how much he whined about it, it seems that winning MVP was much more important to Embiid than team success.
Worst take ever. You're saying he's not trying at all and doesn't care?
That is not what I said. I said, "...it seems that winning MVP was much more important to Embiid than team success."
What are you insinuating then? That it seems this game isn't as important to Embiid as it should be?

If Boston makes threes, plays defense, and doesn’t turn the ball over (only 4 TO’s so far), they aren’t losing that game.

Feel free to take my comments at face value and don't do that internet thing where we assume something means this, that or the other.

Winner of Nuggets/Lakers win the finals in 5 or 6, right? I know all the analytics nerds still love the Celtics, but they just don't look a championship team often enough.

They're undoubtedly streaky, but they can be world beaters when they're clicking. Crazy to write off anybody in the final 4.

So what did you mean by it? I won't make an assumption, what is your correlation between him winning the reg season MVP and how interested he is in team success?
