They should have won by double digits. The mistakes and they slept walked from midway in the second quarter until late in the 4th. Very odd game.

Michigans last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter were vastly better than Alabamas last 10 minutes. Very impressive drive at the end to tie it up. I think that took a lot of wind out of the sails for Alabama. Huge Mo shift there.

Texas has a dynamic offense. If they show up for both games, they are probably the most balanced team left. Their DL is stout.

In these games one play here and there make the difference. Bama had the mo going in second half.

Wilson`s catch was huge after the Bama guy got his hand on the ball. Michigan missed PAT, then that debacle on the last punt, thought it was going to bounce off his hands in the EZ for a Bama TB. The 4th and play to Corum was the ball game if Bama held.

Last play of the game was shocking, thought they would roll out with a pass run option and get the TD. Was not even close.

My older daughter who played volleyball at Michigan best friend fiancé is on the Michigan coaching staff. To know some of the actual people involved makes it so different. So happy for them.

I’m not exactly pro-Michigan so it’d be cool if you were right, but I’m not really seeing Texas or Washington as insurmountable obstacles.
