2024 College Football Thread: Ohio State advances to play unbeaten hypothetical SEC team (5 Viewers)

Well, if theres one thing crystal clear so far this year, its just how wrong people were about McCarthy being "just a game manager" Ive watched the last two minutes and his absence is glaringly obvious.
Yea, he and Conor Stallions…
You must be a MSU or OSU fan.
Alum of both. So what.
Congrats (y)
To be serious though, UM going to definitely struggle this season without a leader on offense, especially at QB, like JJ was. For sure. He willed them to a few wins and was pretty clutch a number of times.
Said at beginning of season a great season would be 3-4 losses, but realistically they may not get bowl eligible. They are in complete rebuild mode.

Lincoln Riley literally does not know what to do calling plays in key situations.

4th and 1 and go for long field goal. :lmao:

He is terrible.

Texas has all the money in the world and their field looks like crap.
Their facilities are pretty low end. The weight room is about on the level of Allen HS. Stadium took a small edit to one endzone that changed not much, and remains basically retro. Nobody seems to care. No idea where the money goes.

So why did Texas go for 2? If they fail, they are down by 17 (3 scores).

I guess at some point you need two, 2 point conversions, so go early?

Check out the Illinois "leather" helmets.
Cool to see. packers years ago had one mocked up but the NFL rules at the time were teams could only have the one helmet(color). Could only change decals. That was why Tampa didn’t do the creamsicle throwbacks until the rules changed more recently.
