He/Sirianni have figured out that with this team, the talent they have, etc. the secret to their success is great RZ defense, be good in the RZ, win the turnover battle. Do that and you basically never lose.

I give Hurts a lot of grief, but he aint stupid.

Not sure its sustainable in the playoffs but regular season this is true.

There’s a difference in being conservative and too conservative. And it looks like just watching tape it’s the later of the two people are frustrated with. There’s throws that Jalen is flat out missing that he should be making as a QB. Last season against TB for example on a 3rd and long he checked it down to Grant Calcatarra who was no where near the first down marker. Dotson was down the middle wide open with another 10-15 yards between him and nearest defender. It’s plays like that, that frustrate people. No one is asking him to throw between 2-3 defenders a guy blanketed but you need to take shots. The 3rd and long draws inside opponents territory should not be happening. Is that Hurts calling those or OC/Nick.

Seth Joyner came out and said in the past week there’s a disconnect between hurts players and Lurie. That’s not good. It was said and explained how guys aren’t happy that Hurts personality isn’t more of looking out for his guys and helping their stats in terms of hey Dallas needs two receptions for franchise record for example. Hurts cares more about the win. Sounds more like a personality problem. So guys love it others don’t. Kind of reminds me of Tom Brady in away there

The penaties killed every second half drive we had. Seemed like they had an agenda to tighten up the game in the second half. Im not a big ref blamer either but it was kinda ridiculous. Took away an int from us as well. Saw carter getting held a bunch of times. Never got one holding call.

The only play I’ll say he messed up on was the Barkley fumble. AJ chip blocked and was wide open on the right didn’t seem like anyone there. Had he turned AJ probably goes up filed. At this rate I trust AJ making a play over Barkley. I don’t know if he didn’t see AJ or panicked getting it to Saquan
