Yeah they didn’t like Keegan much this camp so this makes sense. They want a backup center. So, we did get a successful waiver claim, taking Rams UDFA rookie castoff Willie Lampkin. He’s a 5’11” and 279 pound G/C.
They cut 2024 draft pick C Trevor Keegan to make room on the 53.
Interesting.

Lampkin is awesome, just small. He's an outstanding run blocker, who obviously struggles more in pass blocking. He's basically another Aaron Brewer, and I was SHOCKED he was cut.So, we did get a successful waiver claim, taking Rams UDFA rookie castoff Willie Lampkin. He’s a 5’11” and 279 pound G/C.

Eagles always have an easy schedule.
Cowboys always can't sign obvious players to timely extensions.
Andy Reid always drafts psychos that eventually get suspended.
Eagles always go to the playoffs under Nick Sirianni.
Eagles always start 10-2 or better the last 3 seasons.

I think the fact that you are asking, after all the cut downs and signings that have been completed and the season now a week away, tells us a lot.Justin Simmons where you at bro
If the Eagles were remotely interested in Simmons he’d be signed already. I watched him last year and he didn’t look great at allJust signed Safety Marcus Epps back to the squad. He tore his ACL week 3 last year.
Drew Mukuba still hurting, looks like we maybe probably should not have traded CJ, but is what it is at this point.
Does not smell good at all.

I think there is some sort of technical issue at play where we can sign him after the first game and don't guarantee his salary?I think the fact that you are asking, after all the cut downs and signings that have been completed and the season now a week away, tells us a lot.Justin Simmons where you at bro
Either teams think he’s washed, he’s asking for crazy money/years, or he has a short list he’s willing to wait it out for and the Eagles aren’t on it (by his choice, or ours.)

still not fan of the Kelly greens. Newer uniforms look much betterEagles to wear Kelly Green vs Giants, Cowboys and Connie’s this year. Weeks 8 and 12 plus the road game vs Dallas first time they’ve worn them on road since they brought back
BIlls would be high on my list of teams to root for if Eagles aren't there....but not against the birdsI have good news & bad news for Eagles nation. First, the good news is that I have you returning to the Super Bowl this year. The bad news is that the team that WILL ACTUALLY WIN the Super Bowl is the same team that you'll be facing Week 17. That's right, the Buffalo Bills are going to beat you guys in Week 17 AND in the Super Bowl. It's not an easy schedule for you guys by a longshot, now when you have to go up to Buffalo in late December. There'll probably by at least six inches of snow by then. And remember, Josh Allen never loses in Buffalo in December.
BILLS MAFIA!!!!!
Fair enough. I know we are on the radar of every team we play this year and will get their best shot. This should be a fun one when it happens!I have good news & bad news for Eagles nation. A 30 year old DT and 2 late 1’s is a lot?!Micah traded to GB for two first and DT kenny Clark. Gets 4yrs 188m highest non paid QB. That’s a lot for a guy who goes MIA when it matters. Desperation move by GB here
I meant the contract GB gave him and 2 1st yeah not worth it for a guy who goes MIA and seems to care about a podcast more then football. It’s a bad return but like I said months ago, Dal wasn’t the only team concerned with Micah’s commitment to football.A 30 year old DT and 2 late 1’s is a lot?!Micah traded to GB for two first and DT kenny Clark. That’s a HORRIBLE return for a player of his caliber.
People say this but NFL GMs wont agree. That salary is huge and limits options pretty significantly. Good deal for Dallas I think in the long run, but won't help them this yearA 30 year old DT and 2 late 1’s is a lot?!Micah traded to GB for two first and DT kenny Clark. So Dallas if they are lucky will be able to draft 2 stud players and drag out negotiations for 2-3 years on extensions.People say this but NFL GMs wont agree. It was win-win, either way for us. If they extended him at that number it handcuffed their roster building. And trading him gets him out of our division and makes their defense weaker.Great news

Crazy talkPackers were more of a threat than Dallas for post season success prior to this trade. The better opposition just just got way better.
They won’t even pick the right player and GB will be more in the playoff picture so it’s maybe above mid 1st late.So Dallas if they are lucky will be able to draft 2 stud players and drag out negotiations for 2-3 years on extensions.People say this but NFL GMs wont agree. Seems like a "W" to me lol
From what I heard Dallas didn’t believe he was fully committed to football and him using his podcast to call out his coaches teammates and ownership constantly didn’t sit well with the org. As much as I love to Blame Dal and laugh, Jerry Jones did the smart thing here by not resigning a player they weren’t sure could fully commit to. Yes the Prescott contract is detrimental to them. However You then had well respected looker room talent in Lawerence who signed with Sea this off-season essentially say the same and tweeted it to him. It was among the lines of “maybe if you were more worried about what we were doing on the field instead of focusing on Twitter all day, maybe I’d have stayed in Dal.” DLaw called out Micah’s work ethic and DLaw is a pretty respected player in that locker room. So as much as people want to blame Dal and laugh here, no one wants to address the fat elephant in the room. That being is Micah Parsons committed to Football and winning games or is he more worried about likes and follows on social media all while throwing teammates and coaches under the bus and not taking accountability of his faults too.It was win-win, either way for us. If they extended him at that number it handcuffed their roster building. And trading him gets him out of our division and makes their defense weaker.Great news
Shocked they didnt sign him. It all goes back to the dak contract. They shouldnt have done that one. Would rather have parsons than dak
That’s why it’s an overpay. Gun to my head ask who I want in their prime I’m picking Mack. That dude could play and no one questioned if he wanted to be there. GB paid for the talent potential not what the results have been so far. Especially in big games. I could see this being a bad move in GB imho. Especially if Micah keeps having nagging injuriesAny time you can get the same return the Raiders got for Khalil Mack 7 years ago, you gotta do it.
We just beat Patty Mahomes on a 3peat try and the Packers were just one of the 4 teams the Eagles swept last year.Packers were more of a threat than Dallas for post season success prior to this trade. The better opposition just just got way better.
