Eagles weren’t the smash play I had hoped for. Stream against Carolina at your own risk!

I won’t be trusting the Eagles against Pittsburgh next week unless George Pickens is out again.

yeah Carolina hasn't allowed much in the way of defense points in a while, was planning to play Dallas this week but now looking to pivot

I may drop them.

I don't see using them until potentially week 17 vs Dallas.

Agree that against PIT that's probably a no go and then @Wash could be tricky.

Rolling with BALT @NYG as of now unless I grab the WASH D who could be playing NO minus D. Carr.

I picked up BAL for the 1st round

Steelers were solid again yesterday (DT6 in our format) but can't see using them

not expecting to be in the Semis/Finals but have Chargers rostered in case something goofy happens

Saints/Falcons combo, which was/is dirt cheap to acquire:

Week 14: Saints @ Giants (11 Points in most National High Stakes Contest formats (11 Points Against, 2 Sacks, 1 Int, 1 Blocked FG)

Week 15: Falcons @ Raiders

Week 16: Giants @ Falcons

Week 17: Raiders @ Saints

Yeah with Carr going out, I am sorta considering the Raiders week 17, but the fear is NO knows they can't pass and Kamara just runs wild all over them. They should be free agents everywhere, so if you got the stone to pick them up and hold for 4 weeks then play them in your championship - I admire you.

Looking at weeks 16 and 17 for both of my leagues. Indy is available in both (I would have to drop chiefs to add them in one league where I also have the broncos). Indy plays Ten and then @NYG.

Other options are Jags (@LV, vs TEN), Atlanta (vs NYG, @Was), Miami (SF, @CLEV).

I had to drop the Broncos during their bye week. Thought I would pick up Arizona D, which had been playing well, and ride them the rest of the way if I couldn’t get Denver back. Let’s just say my confidence in them is somewhat shaken after they put up a neg-burger last Sunday.

Question is, do I use a waiver claim to try to get Denver back? Normally I wouldn’t on a defense, but this isn’t just a streamer. Especially since there aren’t great options during the rest of the playoffs, I think if I did get Denver I would ride them the rest of the way even though their Week 16-17 matchups aren’t ideal (@LAC/@Cin)

Welp, no real moves left to be had it feels like. My league ranks this week's best free agents as: NYJ vs JAX, CIN vs TEN, CHI vs MIN, CLE vs KC, CAR vs DAL, ATL vs LV, and LAR vs SF. Not really enamored by any of those. Everyone else is picked clean and I'm 5th of 6th among the playoff teams in waiver choice with two roster spots to play with... I guess I just put in a claim for every DST and see which two I get and roll with it. My opponent picks ahead of me and is also in the market, and two other teams may also put in a claim for a weekly DST so it's luck of the dice.

I've held KC waaaaaaay to long for this game. At home. Winston floor is 2 ints and 3 sacks. That's 7 pts minimum.

I have DEN and will roll with them for the next two weeks (assuming I make it through this week) and put in a waiver claim tonight for TEN Def for Week 17 (again, assuming...planning?!).

15: DEN v. IND
16: DEN v. LAC (they are very banged up)
17: TEN v. JAX

Yeah but it's only the CLE side available to me lol

FWIW I’m hearing that he will be.

Eagles may be the classic “Better in real life than in fantasy” DST. I remember having the Jets one year during the Rex Ryan era. They would win a game 23-7, record one sack and no turnovers, and finish with 5 points

DEN plays CIN week 17. I wish they played KC. lol

Eagles get Dallas at home week 17. And Dallas could really be tanking by then. I’m salivating over that one. Especially with a first round bye, so I just need to figure out week 16 to pair them with.

Currently own Buffalo who will host New England week 16. But thinking hard about grabbing Green Bay tonight who will get New Orleans at home on Monday night in week 16.

I'm holding for 16/17 (bye this week):
Chargers: Den, @NE
Indy: TENN, @NYG
Raiders: JAX, @NO

Take all 3 for now, will see how it plays out. But will be keeping anyone else from using against me.

Oops. I knew that and had a brain fart

Any reason to keep the Chiefs D (HOU, @Pit)?

I have Broncos (@LAC and @CIN) but I want to pickup INDY (TEN, @NYG) so need to drop a D.
I have Denver too, Do you like there Matchups against LAC and CIN or do you just think set and forget since they are so good?
I may not use them. I may roll with the colts. That being said, Denver has been a better scoring D vs Chiefs which is why I need to drop them.

Who do you like better week 16 PPR:

GB vs NO
Ariz vs Car
Den vs LAC
Det vs Chi?

I didn’t realize Denver has been that good. Matchups dont seem great weeks 16/17, are they better than Indy/SD/Det?

Surprised people are still holding KC. They haven’t scored double digits in 6 g. Only 12 sacks & 2 turnovers forced over that span.

Sentimentality I guess.

The last 3 are all road games, right?

GB will be facing Haener or Rattler, Carr is likely done for the season.

Cardinals don’t seem like a DT you can trust rn & Young has been playing well the past month.

Think I would prefer Chargers over the Broncos but should be a low scoring game.

Detroit is getting healthier on D, getting a few of their DL back this week.

One of the NFC North teams I guess.

not sure if i should pick up a def or just ride it out with PHI. they haven't been that great but they're a good irl defense. next week is meh too vs WAS but get a nice matchup championship week vs DAL.

After the LAR put up 40+ I'm now a little shaky on the BUF D. Had secured them a couple of weeks ago for the NE and NYJ matchups in weeks 16 and 17, but damn, they cannot stop the run for the life of them even with Milano back.

Had tinkered with the idea of dumping them for GB, but somebody snagged them this morning. However, they dropped the DET D who play @CHI which could be an option. Will ponder that the next couple days (along with Indy vs TN and ATL @NYG).

Got Denver on waivers. I feel good about them this week vs Indy, and good enough about them next week vs LAC. Week 17 @ Cinci will be tough, but let's see if I make the championship first, what defenses are available at that point (would probably want to target LAC vs NE), and whether any roster spots open up before then.

In short, that's a problem for Future Ignatius. Man, I don't envy that guy!

I’m probably going with Ravens this week. Slight underdog, don’t have a strong team this year.

If I advance, Week 16 I’ll roll with Chargers at home vs DEN (TNF).

Also holding the Steelers but their playoff schedule is brutal.

I don't like most of the options this week
Arizona is a Top 5-10 streamer option yet they stunk last week vs Seattle at home
Seattle ranked in the bottom 10 vs opposing Def/ST in FF so logically the Cards seemed like a safe bet to at least get a few points

-Nope, instead we got a 🥯

Devito starting for the Giants. Lock in a walking boot.

Ravens defense even more on the rise in my opinion.
Yup.

Hell I may stack the Ravens D with J. Tucker now even though he's been iffy. I can't see the NYGs moving the ball at all and Tucker could use this game as a no pressure situation to get right after the BALT offense has already buried the NYG.

I am wrestling with Tucker as well, currently rolling with Moody.
