Go! Go! Go!

-This is going to test how much NFL you can truly digest in one Sunday from start to finish
As much as I would like to drink it up at 9am as a Phinsfan, if I want to make it until almost Midnight in the East

When you've been married as long as I have been u pick your spots. Gone are the days of 12 hour football watching. Ha ha
We're having family time and couples time today, started last night. You gotta do some things prior to kick off and then I always think if you make it a party for everybody, make them the foods they like, they typically leave you alone to your NFL rush on Sundays.

-If you have to watch wall to wall NCAA on Saturdays then yeah you're up the creek without a paddle

I gave up college football years ago to focus on NFL leisure time. My favorite is if Saturday doesn't feel like we had enough activities, I'll cram in a late movie at the theater. Even if I have zero interest in the movie. It's the late night activity that counts. Ha ha

And we have the Sporting KC and St Louis playoff soccer game in there also.

Multiple TV's?

When you've been married as long as I have you have a wife who understands Sunday's in the fall are for football.
She admits she is a "football widow" and cedes the day to me.
I am very lucky. :pickle:
I remember when I first started dating my wife 22 years ago. I told her:

I like sports. All sports. I like to watch sports all the time. And I really like my Sunday all day football. Never been a problem.

Ha. Perfect :shades:

When me an my wife first started serious dating 10 years ago, I gave full disclosure about how much football I watch on Sundays. She has never complained since I was honest about it up front. She has zero interest and as long as the NFL doesn't decide Wednesday Night football would be a great idea, she's good with all day Sunday viewing and Monday and Thursday nights. She does roll her eyes once the Saturday games start though

Mine understands also. It's why she will randomly plan us going to some apple festival in some town I've never heard of on a Sunday just to let me know. Ha ha
