I think that works.3.16 Washington selects Kraig Urbik, G WisconsinHow about Kraig Urbik? They need O and D line help.Any suggestions for the Redskins?
Haha...you were itching to do that pick weren't you. With the 3.17 pick (#81 overall), the NY Giants select Tyrone McKenzie, LB, South Florida
Nice...if someone wants to take over Washington for the rest of the draft that would be cool. I'm pretty confident the guy who signed up for the Skins isn't participating.I think that works.3.16 Washington selects Kraig Urbik, G WisconsinHow about Kraig Urbik? They need O and D line help.Any suggestions for the Redskins?
According to Huddle Report, Oakland does not have a 5th rounder...is this correct? The Oakland raiders are now on the clockOakland send 40th and 5.6 for 38th overall
Confirmed. The Eagles select: Cedric Peerman RB VirginiaThe last RB on the board I felt comfortable taking. There were a few teams that needed RB's ahead of us, so thought it wise to get the guy I wanted sooner rather than later.PM sent to DH. I accepted the above offer for the Eagles' 3rd and the first pick the Eagles have in the 5th, (Cleveland?). Stepping away for a bit, will be back on in 30 mins or so.

Never mind, but I like the pick for them. 3.19 Green Bay (From NY Jets) - Cody Brown, OLB UCONN. Has Pass rush skills to help out as a situational player immediately. His college coach loved his work ethic. His combine # compare with the OLBs taken in the first round. Plus, he was productive in college in a major conference. Needs work to learn how to drop in coverage, but this is a pick that can learn for a couple of years before needing to play full time. Will be the 4th OLB after Kampman, Chiller, and Popinga. To talented to pass up at this spot, and fills a long term need for GB. Picks so far1.09 - Michael Oher, OT Mississippi2.09 - Ron Brace, DT Boston College3.09 - Jarious Byrd, CB Oregon3.19 - Cody Brown, OLB UCONNI was certain Detroit would not take my player. Fixed...Thanks.Buffaloes --Just to let you know, the Steelers have the 1st pick in the 4th round (me and Bankerguy had a trade that involved that pick)
Also, I traded my 4th round pick to TB earlier.Fixed...Thanks.Buffaloes --Just to let you know, the Steelers have the 1st pick in the 4th round (me and Bankerguy had a trade that involved that pick)

3.22 - Jarrett Dillard, Rice
I wanted to go defense, but there are no 4-3 DE's worthy of this pick, and there are a few LB's & Safeties I like, one of which should slip to 4.05.
So we'll take a guy I can't believe this guy is still on the board. He doesn't have raw straight line speed, but is very quick & sneaky fast - which is enough for the NFL level. He's small, but jumps very well, has sticky hands, and his routes & breaks are possibly the best in this class. Even with the signing of Houshmandzadeh, Seattle needs wide receivers - some of the young guys have lots of questions and I expect him to develop into at least one ofthe elite slot WR's int he NFL, but he could be more.
Seattle draft so far:
1.22 Eben Britton, T
2.05 Donald Brown, RB
3.03 James Casey, Football Player
3.04 Stephen McGee, QB
3.22 Jarrett Dillard, WR
4.05
plus an extra 2010 2nd (Jags), 3rd (Texans) & 4th (Jets).
I was hoping he'd fall much farther than this.Nice pick. I really liked him - I would've taken him over the other guys who've went recently.I clearly should've gone LB above - since I sent the PM for my pick, 4 LB's I wanted at 4.05 have disappeared - 2 went before I picked, but had I been here to make it, I might have done it differently.3:26 - The Atlanta Falcons select; Jason Williams LB – Western Illinois
Williams is a small school prospect who started to generate a lot of interest in NFL teams after running in the 4.4’s during post-season workouts at 6’1 241. He finished 4th in the Buck Buchanan Award voting in 2008 (the Falcons selected 2007 winner Kroy Biermann last year). He projects to a 4-3 WLB and has extremely intriguing physical tools.
The step up in competition probably means he’ll be mostly a special teamer in 2009, but his upside is significant and he can learn his craft under Mike Peterson who was brought in as a short term solution.
Falcons 2009 Draft
1:24 - Evander Hood; DT - Missouri
2:55 - Traded For Tony Gonzalez

I had him lined up for Indy. Nice pick.3.25 Alex Magee, DT, Purdue
He was one of my other options before deciding on Magee.3.27 Indianapolis selects Ricky Jean-Francois, DT LSUAnother big guy for the interior DL
Cowboys like Williams too. Nice pick. This kid's stock is really rising.Nice pick. I just love PRIORITIES - especially when you've got them RIGHT!Buffaloes, can you text me when I'm up at 3.32, I'm going to be in class. When you text me I'll be able to sneak out and make my pick
Is this at 3.30 or 3.29?To keep things moving3.29 Tennessee selects Danell Ellerbe, LB Georgia
I almost took him at 3.19 for the Packers. I think he could be a good option at DE in a 3-4 also. Great talent, but with some guys, there is always something in the way. He had academic cheating a couple of years ago, and injury last year, and then passed on a year of eligibility to enter the draft. No one passes on a year of eligibility to be a 3rd round pick unless something else is wrong. He was one of my other options before deciding on Magee.3.27 Indianapolis selects Ricky Jean-Francois, DT LSUAnother big guy for the interior DL
