I don't think you can say for sure when the defender had full control, or when/If Ginn touched him, so the TD should stand.

I don't think you can say for sure when the defender had full control, or when/If Ginn touched him, so the TD should stand. Kaepernick is keeping the Rams in this game. First the safety and now this.

With that team, just don't make dumb mistakes, which CK is doing. Maybe Smith wasn't giving them 300 yards a game, but he made smart decisions 95% of the time. I don't agree with Harbaugh at all on his decision.

Kaep plays worse when Harbaugh tries to play very conservatively with him...
