B movie as defined by me in this thread over a month ago. A critically panned movie that you still watch anyway anytime it comes on TV. Which most low budget movies do not.Seems like most people understood the concept. Only you are hung up on it.

how foolish of me not to accept you saying 1 is 2 and 2 is 1

Lots of great ones mentioned already.

I'll add The Core with Aaron Eckhart, Stanley Tucci and Hilary Swank. For whatever reason for a cheesy end of the world scenario it just works for me.

I'm siding with Floppo.

Ice Pirates
"Space herpe."

Big Trouble....Little China (I bought the blu-ray the day it came out)

They Live

Evil Dead 3 (almost as quotable as The Big Lebowski)

Strange Brew (aka. the Canadian National Epic)

The Quiet Earth (a forgotten classic)

Eraserhead

Wonder Boys (the not-so-secret favorite of writers everywhere)

You can also add a whole slew of kung-fu movies whose names I'm clueless about.

Flicks like The Seven Deadly Venoms. I see them, I stop surfing immediately

What the hell is going on?
Basically Xander (Vin) is being recruited by Samuel L. He just dropped him in Columbia to test him and they all think it's a teat but they're real drug lords. Overall has nothing to do with the main plot. Just lots of cool explosions.

I'm having trouble figuring out what they're trying to accomplish. Starting to think I need to quit trying to figure it out.

The first 5 mins of the movie shows a Bond type guy in a tux trying to infiltrate the Russians and they kill him. They basically have a new chemical weapon that kills people. So XXX has been recruited to stop them because he's edgy and cool.
