9:30 AM KICKOFF***New York Jets vs Atlanta Falcons*** -2.5 O/U 45.5 This is the United States calling, are we reaching... (1 Viewer)

I was enjoying Wilson make the completion to Crowder after bobbling the snap, he's young and you can tell he can throw his way out of trouble but he was calm and found the open WR, that's huge when looking at a young QB. This is the first time I am getting to watch Wilson with no other games to distract and I'm looking forward to see how he operates today, early on he is having a few challenges.

Needs to slide or he is going to get killed trying to advance the ball when he was running. He did have time on that play but I could see none of his receivers were looking at him when he rolled right and all he was left with was the #85 TE and he didn't seem eager to want to throw it to him. Instead he got clobbered running the ball for 2-3 yards.

Falcons aren't having ANY trouble moving the ball. We've seen this from them in the first quarter before though

Wilson is really inaccurate so far; he leads Davis and he's still running. That's a completion that has to be made.

My question is why does the NFL, which presumably still wants to establish a team in Europe, keep sending over the worst teams it has to play overseas games?

It wasn't like before the season we didn't know that ATL and nyj were going to be awful.

Yea. It's like we're saying to England "No really trust us, it's a good sport."

It kind of makes sense to send teams that might not sell out at home to a place where they WILL sell out. Also, it makes sense not to force the best teams to make that awful trip.

Kinda crazy how nobody really used Patterson this way, and to this extent until his 8th season. This is his 4th team.

I keep saying because it keeps happening. Patterson is taking some shots.

EDIT: Okay that's the Tom Brady roughing call.

The last flag for roughing I agree with 100%, wasn't done maliciously but it was low and Ryan could have been hurt, thankfully he wasn't but his ankle took a good roll on the play. That flag is exactly what you want to see called, again no malicious intent of the DLineman, i could see instantly he felt bad and knew he was gonna be flagged.

Falcons exploiting their Tight Ends today.

Would like to see the Jets get things going on offense. They have no running game or cannot establish that but they also are not zipping it down the field either.

They've only run 6 plays. Falcons have had 3 very long drives. Not much opportunity to establish any kind of rhythm for the Jets Offense
