Everyone else but one team go 8-8 would make it happen?

Can two teams from the same division both make the playoffs as a wildcard?

Could a 9-7 Cinncy and a 9-7 Pitt both make the playoff if everyone else were 8-8.

Yes, three teams from the same division could make the playoffs. That will probably happen in the NFC this year.But Pittsburgh is a very, very long shot. For starters, the Jets would have to lose to the Raiders or the Broncos would have to lose to the 49ers, and maybe even both.
