A new clown has left the car! (1 Viewer)

Clown Car

Footballguy
Number 10 was born Sunday evening. He is wonderful to me of course, but it thought you guys might be amused to know that he was 12 pounds, 23 inches long.

Congrats CC!

Serious (and hopefully not offensive) question for you. After going through that 10 9 times down there do you still enjoy sex? (I'm assuming you don't know yet about after 10 times).

ETA- I realize I don't know how many you had naturally vs. C-section but I just mean the whole deal not just the birth part, although that's a big part if done naturally

Wondering a) how you can afford that many kids and b) how you can spend much time with each of them individually.

Why should she have to spend that much time with them individually? I personally don't come from a large family, but I've seen plenty whose "almost always with their brothers and sisters" dynamic seems to work out just fine.

Not offended. Always willing to answer questions.

Yes I still like collecting orange dots. I worry that he's not as happy as he was 20 years ago but he claims to be very satisfied. I have had them all naturally, no c sections.

We try not to spend a lot. There are things we don't do others may think is our job, like when our kids want cell phones they save or get jobs to pay for it. The first is away at school. She pays for college herself. With financial aid, scholarships, and working she hasn't had to take out loans. We share and swap things with friends.

We don't spend a lot of time individually at all. But we are usually in little clusters. The youngest like to go to the store with me. My husband coaches the boys rec park teams. My husband plays upright bass and takes two to their music lessons/orchestra and joined the band. We homeschool so we are always together.

What small business health insurance plan do you qualify for when you hit 10?

Congrats.
I'm not sure. I know we are ok til we hit 10. I don't know what will happen if we have another before the oldest is off. Same price, one kid or ten. Just trying to get our money's worth.
