A new era of Fantasy Football (1 Viewer)

I have only been playing fantasy football for about 3 years now, but I came in at what seems to be a very interesting transition.

The RBBC. A strategy that seems to be sweeping the NFL as teams imitate the winning ways of the past years most successful teams. (Colts - Addai/Rhodes | Bears - Jones/Benson etc...). This poses an interesting situation for us FF'ers as it leaves us all scrambling for the few uncontested feature backs. My question as this committee approach becomes more and more popular is does this make fantasy football more or less fun for you personally?

Since this is a somewhat new trend, I think the feelings on this will be mixed. For example, last year I was a Brandon Jacobs owner who reaped the benefits of him hording all of Tiki's touchdowns. For Tiki owners, I think they were all ready jump off the nearest bridge (maybe it's a good thing Tiki retired and put those owners out of their misery). But for me, as the 2007 season approaches I am starting to get a feeling of how that Tiki owner must have felt as I am forced to worry about GL vultures on the majority of teams when doing my own RB rankings. It seems as though the days of cheering on your favorite RB's that play almost every down are slowly going away, and to me that is something that stood out for me as I watched my teams play when I first started Fantasy Football. I am having a hard time believing cheering for RB's that break loose for a 99 yard run only to be replaced by a GL vulture will be much fun... but maybe that's just me. :football: Thoughts?

In my dynasty league we have the option of starting several different line ups so I do not mind the RBBC at all. We have the ability to go with 4 Wrs so if you only have one decent RB, you hopefully set your team up to run with a different formation.

As the NFL changes your league should adapt along with it.

Umm, no offense, but people who've been playing ff for more than 3 years know that there is nothing new about RBBC, and that it's no more prevalent now than before.
