A question about the site... (1 Viewer)

I wanted to buy the subscriber info this season, but I am a little hesitant. I really don't care for the mags. Well here is my issue. I remember a few years back when Seattle had Dilfer and Hass. Hass was deactivated right before the game started. The site seemed a little late with the info. Has the site improved? I am not trying to hate on the site, but looking for a good source of info.

In my opinion the the FBG's site is not where you want to go for this type of info. They are about tools, strategy and analysis to help us become better at what we love to do. If you want last minute info go somewhere else, if you the best tools and research on the web come here.

:hot: And it's not a ding on the site - I have found, aside from the live TV coverage - that sites like KFFL have pretty quick returns on info. It's the tools you have here BEFORE Sunday that give it a huge advantage. Rankings, breakdowns of the previous weekend's games, things like that - that's the value. And frankly, even the best news update sites get caught with their pants down with last minute scratches. When someone gets replaced two minutes before game time - well you just can't type fast enough. You aren't buying the news blogger. You are buying the other services they offer.

Good question - I think our speed has improved greatly, but to be fair, every site/service has good speed due to the advent of RSS and alerts. As was mentioned, our site takes great pride in offering a ton of info, but most of our content revolves around strategy. We are the only/original site with the draft dominator and our analysis of Value Based Drafting is second to none. We have a very strong track record with both casual players and folks in big money leagues of all types. Finally, as Joe put in the magazine, we put our money where our mouth is and offer a money back guarantee if you aren't 100% satisfied.

If you don't want to subscribe, please of course feel free to hang out on the boards and read the free material. Lots of good stuff in there...and you might just change your mind.

I have lurked for years, answering posts etc. I am big into the stradegy?(sp) aspect. I like the info and the forums. Thanks...
