I've heard rumors about the Cowboys, but honestly, I think the Texans would be a smarter pick. Colts should consider too, and you already know that the Patriots would use him well. I'd like him on the Raiders too, but they should just go with a full-blown youth movement at this point.

I also think he'd be an interesting fit in Carolina with CMC able to flex out and play WR.

I think he stays with the Skins as security for Guice - it's not like he's going to command a huge contract. I do not think any team looks at him as a starting option at 34.

Until someone gets hurt in pre-season.  I could see AP holding off signing to see if a team injures there way to a starting RB need.
