All the talk about the giants' run game seem to be about jacobs or droughns. I'm curious what you guys think about bradshaw. He won't make or break my dynasty team but I took a flyer on him in my rookie draft instead of taking another rookie wr like mike walker or jacoby jones and I want to know if he was worth it.

Bradshaw first jumped on my radar after an interview on NFL Radio. He sounded like a guy with his head screwed on straight (yes, I know he had issues in the past) that was ready to work hard and earn his keep in the NFL. I haven’t been able to see much film on him but most reports indicate he has solid pass-catching skills and good size. As long as neither Jacobs or Droughns is entrenched as the starter, I think Bradshaw is worth rostering in a deep league.

without a doubt walker is talented but I don't like his qb situation and the wr corps is crowded and I'm tired of playing "guess which one of the jags wrs will be good." It's reggie williams, no it's ernest wilford, you guys are crazy it's matt jones...no wait it really is reggie williams

I would've taken Walker, but if it's dynasty, I think he's worth holding for a while. He's one I'm interested in keeping tabs on through training camp.

Gotta Disagree, He aint no back up. He is better on film than 15 or so starting RB's in the NFL. He will go in the top 20 of re-draft legues next year. Dude has the best vison of any back coming out of college in the last 5-6 years. If he had played at USC he would have been drafted in the first Round. He is a hell of a lot better than every rookie RB drafted this year with the exception of Marshawn Lynch and AP. This dude is going to be around long after AP has Retired with injury. Pick this guy up in the second round of your rookie draft and you will be smiling by years end. He aint going to bust many 40 yard runs but he will move the chains. If your a Jacobs owner you better think about picking this guy up if your drafting late in the first, cause some other dude is gonna own him and your gonna be sitting with a Goal Line back.

good one, and I was having a bad day until this . . .

Historically, 7th round RBs have had roughly the same FF value as your grandmother.

That said, the buzz on Bradshaw coming out of Giants camp has been pretty good. Reuben Droughns and Brandon Jacobs are not special talents. IMO, there's opportunity for a sleeper to come in and steal some touches from those two. Bradshaw lacks the pedigree of a top RB and has marginal physical skills, but he was a productive player in college and you have to lend some credence to the early hype. Don't bank on him, but you could do worse with a late flyer.

Realistically, he probably won't be more than a Wali Lundy or Cedric Houston type, but there's some upside.
