All-time cereal draft (1 Viewer)

Damn, was hoping the charms would fall to me.Despite requiring oral surgery resulting from eating these too soon after I had my widoms pulled, I have to go with Golden Grahams.

 
Keerok,That's a solid lineup you have there -- Cap'n Crunch and Lucky Charms. Wow. It's almost like having Emmit Smith and Ricky Watters in the same lineup in 1995. Good times. I say Keerok has the early lead. Although Shuke caught up with Golden Grahams to go with PB Cap'n Crunch.

Praise the Lord, someone pulled the golden spoon out of their ### and picked Lucky Charms. Easily the top cereal. THEY ARE MAGICALLY DELICIOUSWhen was the last time someone described eating a big heaping soggy ### bowl of Total, as a magical experience. THATS RIGHT NEVER!COME ON PEOPLE1) You have the crappy oat bits that are psuedo healthy for you.2) Marshmallows, enough said 3) Magic 4) Prizes in the box5) Games ON the box Eating breakfast with Lucky Charms is like going to the State Fair.

 
I'm not real keen on the Cap'n Crunch pick. There is a very small window of opportunity in which to enjoy the Cap'n's tasty goodness. At first they are so hard and edgy they will tear up your mouth.. then you have a couple minutes there where they're perfect... then they get soggy and slimy. The flavor is there but the composite and texture hardly makes it worth it. Just one man's opinion. Still, Keerock has to be considered an early favorite.

Shuke doesnt have PB Capn Crunch.PBCC is an awful pick IMO. Not even in the top 2 Capn Crunches. :yucky:

Indeed. I stand corrected. Golden Grahams and Cinnamon Toast Crunch is not nearly as intimidating. I will do my fact-checking more thoroughly in the future. Keerok is in the lead, IMO.

I wonder if they are starting to get too cute for their own good. There are like 100 different kinds of marshmellows now. Not to mention they keep changing things up and doing all kinds of gimmicks. If we still used the term jump the shark, I would use it here.

niche market. You've got to build universal appeal. I'll fill in my role players later. You have to have a solid foundation from which to build.

Well, like I said...my opinion.Peanut Butter Capn Crunch in the 1st round is gonna cripple this team. Pretty much everything chosen after it has been a uber stud.PBCC could not be more overrated if it was Frosted Michael Vick Crunch.

Anytime anyone mentions that there is something in someone's sig, posty chimes in with "GB having sig's turned off"...so I put #### in the sig that posty wouldn't like

How can no one have Cocoa Krispies yet. You get a bowl of great cereal that has enough sugars to get you through the day even without a gallon of coffee AND you get to drink the tasty chocolate milk afterward.

I think he explained this once. I don't think he explained why he need to keep the "s" on the end while misspelling the word "wrapped". But, he tried. To me, the "w" is silent and I think he is some kind of cheese molesting pervert.

I think I can say IWBAC is representing Dallas well. I'm fielding calls as a consultant of mid 80's sugary cereals if you didn't happen to grow up watching Transformers and Finstones.Unquestionably 1983-1987 were the golden years of cereal. GM was just cranking out stud after stud then.
