Andre Carter (WASH) - Will he play? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any insight on whether Carter will play this week, and if so, what type of condition he is in. I guess he has a slight tear in his bicep, but plans on playing through it. He's projected fairly high this week (top 15) by FBG, but with him playing the late game it makes it hard to start him not knowing for sure he'll play. Any inside info would be appreciated.

Not to make this a WDIS: but my only other option would be rolling with J. Parker (PHIL) as my 3rd DL, to ensure I have a starter for the week. Parker is not great, but getting a ZERO at this point would be bad.

He was limited in practice yesterday and will likely be limited all week. Given his comments earlier in the week, if he practices this week, he's going to play. Whether that's every down or in rotation is a little harder to say, but, given the WAS depth chart I'd bet it'd be nearly every down. It's difficult to project his effectiveness. He's not a pure speed rusher, so I'd think his ability to disengage may be limited enough to hurt his production similar to last week. The matchup is one that could go either way. Those that can't have the potential 1-2 solo day (or worse) without a sack in the lineup should strongly consider another option.
